Find a comfortable position through either sitting or lying down where you could be comfortable yet remained focused.

As you find your space,

I'd like you to feel a wave of relaxation from your head through to your toes.

Expanding on this relaxation,

Taking a deep breath in and slowly out again.

Further expanding your relaxation with another breath all the way in,

Feeling the wave expand through from your head all the way to your toes.

And while here let yourself go to your favorite most relaxing place.

A place which you go to to relax on your own,

A place which rebuilds and recharges you with energy.

This place gives you a sense of warmth and a mere thought of it.

Visualize the scenery around you,

Taking the smells of this place.

Feel the warmth and safety it brings to you.

This is your place of harmony.

This is your sacred place and in this sacred place you are free and you are confident.

You are free and authentic.

Feel the warmth,

Feel the safety of it.

These feelings of safety,

Authenticity,

Confidence and freedom are deeply ingrained within you.

It's already there.

You in your awesome greatness already possess these gifts which you so deeply feel you lack or feel you cannot relate to.

Through remembering the sacredness of this place and by tapping into the energy and power you have,

You have the ability to switch your lens from being easily discouraged to being encouraged.

From being easily despondent to being hopeful.

From being easily fearful or apprehensive to being courageous or mindful.

This allows you to be less distracted with yourself and your difficulties and instead you will give yourself the space to experience the greatness of present moment living.

Giving yourself the opportunity to think more clearly and be able to see things in their true perspective without allowing your difficulties to be magnified.

Here you have the power to become emotionally calmer and become more accepting,

Allowing your authentic self to shine through in its true brilliance.

Your confidence will grow and your anxiety will decrease.

As your expression of self expands you will build the capacity to have greater feelings of well-being.

These deeply ingrained feelings of safety,

The feeling of authenticity,

Confidence and freedom which you so deeply cherish and which you only allow to show up in your most sacred safe space is now ready to meet the world.

You do not lack anything.

Continue to feel the warmth of your sacred space and notice where it shows up in your body.

Now using your right hand place it on this spot on your body.

Connect with it.

Feel the warmth it generates.

This is the place you want to go to in moments you feel despondent or unsure or apprehensive.

This is the place you want to connect with and go to when you want to remind yourself that you already have this greatness within you.

Pause here.

Take it all in.

Connecting with the space of goodness.

Connecting with your space of sacred authenticity and the more you do this meditation the more you will become mentally and physically more aligned and stronger.

I'd like to encourage and invite you to practice this meditation even on the good days on those awesome ones as this is where you build the capacity for the not-so-good ones.

Take a deep breath in here.

Feel your sacred authentic self.

Feel your confident authentic self.

Slowly breathing out and gently opening your eyes and returning to the present moment whenever you are ready.
