
EFT For Scarcity

This EFT is for helping with a scarcity mindset. Use this practice as many times as you need to alleviate discomfort. The heart of abundance is gratitude. When we can shift from scarcity and lack to abundance, the Universe will reward us with more abundance. Hope this practice provides some relief.

Hello and welcome to your EFT for Scarcity.
My name is Casey and I will be leading you through this exercise today.
As we get started,
Find a comfortable seat where your back is supported and your feet are firmly planted on the ground.
Sitting up nice and tall,
Take a few cycles of breath,
Taking that breath into your belly and into your heart space.
A slow,
Smooth exhale through your nose.
Let's take two more breaths just like that.
A slow,
Smooth inhale through your nose,
Gently filling the belly and the heart space.
A brief pause at the top of your breath and a slow,
Smooth exhale through your nose.
One more breath just like that.
A slow,
Smooth inhale,
A slight pause at the top and a slow,
Smooth exhale through your nose,
Gently pulling your belly in towards your spine.
I want you to think about your situation and how you feel about scarcity right now in your life.
On a scale of one to 10,
I want you to rate that feeling,
That sensation.
One being basically non-existent,
10 being extremely uncomfortable and difficult to deal with.
No matter where you are on that scale right now,
This practice is meant to help move that number down the scale to alleviate any sensation and discomfort.
I will guide you as we tap,
So if you are new to tapping,
Don't worry,
I am here to help.
We will say our setup statement three times and then the preceding statements twice.
As we start,
We start tapping on the karate chop point.
It does not matter which side you start with,
But you'll be tapping on the pinky side of your hand.
So find a space that feels comfortable and begin tapping there.
Even though I feel this lack and have this scarcity mindset,
I accept how I feel and I am open to seeing this in a new way.

Now begin tapping in the third eye space in between your eyebrows.
I am constantly worried about there being enough.

Anxiety starts to grip me.

My mind cannot stop thinking about it.

Take a nice full deep breath in,
A slow smooth exhale out.

I know there is more than enough.

I just need to change what I focus on.

Gently release your hands into your lap and pause here for a breath.
Take a moment to absorb this into your nervous system.
Let it integrate into your system and notice where you are right now on that scale of one to ten.
Think about where you started and where you are now.
You may notice a shift in your energy.
You may feel more relaxed,
Calm,
Maybe peaceful even.
If the number has not moved,
Do not worry.
Healing is not linear and it is not a one and done process.
Feel free to come back and relisten to this meditation,

As many times as you need to feel relief.
On your next inhale,
Reach your arms up and overhead,
Touching palms together and pulling them down to your heart center and bringing down all of that divine universal energy to your heart centers.
That divine universal energy vibrates as the frequency of love through which you and I and all sentient beings are connected on this planet.
