Grounding Sound With Japanese Singing Bowl

This sound is for grounding on the earth or 1st chakra. This is mixed with binaural tone and Japanese old real singing bowl which is offered in front of big Buddha statues in famous Buddhism temple in Tokyo, Japan. The sound lasts for about 3 minutes. You can just meditate with this sound quickly for grounding, centering, and integration. Breathe consciously and deeply to listen to this sound. Recommend using a headphone.
