This meditation sound is simply for the 7th Chakra(Crown Chakra), or the Sahasrara chakra, to take you to "knowing", awakening, or connecting to the source of all creation. The more your 7th chakra is activated, the more you can connect to your true self, source of your existence, and creation. This sound lasts for 20 minutes, and you can meditate with this sound. If you like, you can chant "AUM" or "OM" in your mind while meditating on this sound. Using headphones is recommended.
