Hello and welcome to this bedtime relaxation,

Going in,

Letting go,

Meditation practice.

I'm glad you're here.

It's a good opportunity to center and send gratitude to yourself.

Touch yourself on the back and be grateful for what you've accomplished,

What you've tolerated,

What you've given,

And what you've received today.

It's also a great time to let it go and to leave those to-dos on the shelf for the morning.

Letting it go,

Acknowledging what was there today,

Bringing it up just briefly so that you can give it its attention and let it go.

Moving into this present moment through your breath.

In.

Out.

Taking time to exhale deeply,

Letting go of your belly.

Coming into awareness of your body.

If you need to adjust,

Move around,

Whether you're sitting up before rest or you're lying down.

Sending gratitude to your body,

Your toes,

Your feet,

Your ankles.

Gratitude to your legs,

The shins,

The calves.

Gratitude for your knees.

Letting go.

Breathing into your thighs,

The fronts,

The backs,

Your hamstrings.

Breathing into your hips and your pelvis and your lower back.

Letting go of your belly,

Your sides and your abdominals.

Rising into the chest,

Your heart center,

Your chest,

Your back,

Your shoulder blades,

Your chest,

Your collarbones,

Your neck.

Letting go of your arms,

Your elbows,

Your forearms and your hands,

Your fingers down to the fingertips.

Let them go.

The base of the skull,

The back of the head,

The top of the head,

The forehead,

The eyebrows,

The cheekbones.

Relax your eyeballs back into your head,

Resting safely.

Letting go of your mouth and your cheeks.

Your ears,

Your earlobes,

Your jaw and your chin.

Centering at the tip of your chin.

Bringing your chin closer to your chest.

Focusing your gratitude in your heart center.

Breath is free,

Flowing now in your heart,

In your belly.

Opening,

Widening,

Releasing.

You're drifting and you're safe.

You're free to go and you're letting go.

You're adjusting and you're comfortable.

You're letting go and you're relaxing.

Floating freely.

Setting an intention for your dreams.

Feeling safe and flowing through the body.

Staying close and setting free.

Feeling grounded and light as air.

Feeling movement and laying still.

Feeling free and present.

Letting go and feeling safe.

Feeling sleep knocking at your door.

Gently welcoming.

Safety and freedom.

Letting go.

Feeling held.

Feeling safe.

Setting free.

Welcoming stillness.

Welcoming dreams.

Welcoming stillness.

Welcoming dreams.

Welcoming stillness.

Thank you.
