I was in a co-dépendant relationship for 20 years. For the past five years after separation I have seeked a balance with my structure-chaos, my masculine and feminine. Through healing, meditation, yoga, dance, nature, art. Your talk about this topic is fascinating to me, so to the point. I’m also a parent and as you said I was parented too. Right now, I’m in the chaos before finding the structure to express this concept through a painting series. Images keep coming to me. The one I received this morning is my hands holding the moon.
