The body is a unified,
Living,
Breathing,
Moving organism.
And we are the soul that occupies it.

Start to let go of your day.

Letting go of any tension.
Feel the support of the chair or floor beneath you.
Cradling your body.
Allowing you to melt away all your worries or stress.
Inhale relaxation.
Exhale feeling the power of relaxation through your entire body.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Feeling calm and peaceful.
On the next breath in,
Bring into your mind the thought of a beautiful green meadow.
You are standing in the middle of this wide,
Expansive meadow.
Surrounded by majestic mountains in the distance.
The sky is crisp blue with lovely white clouds scattered through the air.
There is a slight breeze that caresses your skin and hair.
You can hear the birds singing.
You can feel the softness of the green grass under your feet.
Making you feel safe and completely at ease.
Breathe in the fresh air and breathe out as you relax even deeper.
You find an inviting pathway through the lush green made of smooth soil.
Start to walk down this trail.
Notice the beauty that is all around you.
As you walk the gentleness of this path allows you to feel supported and comfortable.
You are naturally being guided along.
There is no need for thoughts or worries in this meadow.
You're simply enjoying yourself to the fullest.
Breathing in the crisp,
Fresh air.
The sound of a gentle brook catches your ears.
The path guided you to a gorgeous small,
Trickling river with crystal clear water.
Listen to the sound of the trickling water and let it relax you even more.
This is the most beautiful stream you have ever seen.
The water is reflecting the sunlight making the surface glitter and dark.
Take a seat by this gentle brook and breathe in deeply again.

Walk slowly and notice the bright green grass moving in the wind,
Dancing in front of you.

Notice the turquoise heavens resembling a suspended ocean in the sky.
Watch the clouds as they pass by.
Become aware of the gentle sun rays warming your skin,
Nourishing your body with the healing vitamin D.
Take as much time as you would like,

Hear their song.
The sun is deeply comforting,
Kissing your skin.
