You can be sitting or standing or lying down,
Whatever's most comfortable for your body right now.
And if it's available,
You can close your eyes or just look down at the floor and soften your focus.
And just take a moment to sense your body in space,
Below and above,
Front and back,
Left side,
Right side.
And give yourself permission to be present for this short practice.
We're gonna take five deep breaths together to restart our day.
And my cues for the breath are just suggestions.
Please breathe at the pace that makes sense for you today.
Go ahead and exhale everything out.

Let it go.
Soften your face as you inhale deeply.
And exhale.

And exhale,
Let it go.
You can just take a moment to notice your body.
Take a moment to let your breath return to its natural pace.
And when you feel ready,
You can flutter your eyelids to come back to your space.
