This short reboot is designed for anybody who wants to take a moment and recalibrate.
So whether you're sitting,
Standing,
Or lying down,
Take a moment to get comfortable.
Soften your face and find your breath.
Exhale everything out.
Take a nice big deep breath in,
Pause for a moment at the top,
And then slowly exhale to release.
Inhale,
Pause,
Slowly release the exhale.
Last one.
Inhale deeply,
Pause,
Pause a little longer,
And exhale,
Release.
Just let your breath return to its natural rhythm.
