This short, guided meditation is for anyone who wants to take a moment and recalibrate with breath. It starts with getting centered whether sitting, standing, or lying down, and softening the face. Then we take three big, deep, nourishing breaths together.

Hi,

This is Katie from Inner Visions.

This short reboot is designed for anybody who wants to take a moment and recalibrate.

So whether you're sitting,

Standing,

Or lying down,

Take a moment to get comfortable.

Soften your face and find your breath.

Exhale everything out.

Take a nice big deep breath in,

Pause for a moment at the top,

And then slowly exhale to release.

Inhale,

Pause,

Slowly release the exhale.

Last one.

Inhale deeply,

Pause,

Pause a little longer,

And exhale,

Release.

Just let your breath return to its natural rhythm.

And please enjoy the rest of your day.
