Today's meditation will give you the space to sit in thanks for the life you have now,
The life you've had,
And the life you're living into.
So come inside,
Deep into the heart of you,
Following your breath all the way in and allowing your exhale to release and relax you.
Breathe and be here,
Sitting in the sparkling pools of gratitude for your life,
For every moment that has led you here to this one,
For every person who has played a part,
For every path you've taken,
Every mountain you've climbed,
Every tear you've shed,
Every pleasure you've had.
Be here and swim in the vast ocean of your life and be thankful for all it was,
All it is and all it will be.
