Feel the warm energy of the earth rise from below you,

Calling you home.

The ocean waves approach you with gentleness,

A recognition of twin souls.

She covers your feet with her salty kiss and then retreats back into the abyss.

Kiss and retreat,

Kiss and retreat,

Over and over again.

She's steady,

Soothing,

And the creator of the rhythm of the night.

Slow dance with her motion and become one.

Rest now.

It's okay to let it all go.

You don't have to carry anything here.

You don't have to do anything.

You just have to be.

So breathe now.

As your feet sink deeper into the soft sand,

Feel the vibrations of the planet slowly rise within you.

As the cool waves wash up against you.

Your eyes search out far and find the bulging of the waves.

Their slow undulations are mesmerizing.

Up and down,

Back and forth.

Relaxing you.

Soothing you.

Connecting you to your water within.

Breathe in the cool air and feel the breeze on your skin.

And then let the ocean waves carry you tonight.

Deeply within.

Sweet dreams.
