Imagine it now like a bundle of cords,
Gently buzzing with energy.
And as you breathe,
Feel the buzzing begin to fade,
Slowly untangling,
Loosening,
Smoothing out.
See the tension unwind in your muscles.
Feel the nerves soften with each breath.
As your body begins to find its natural rhythm of peace,
Your shoulders drop,
Your jaw unclenches,
