Good evening beautiful,

I'm so grateful you're here with me tonight.

Close your eyes and begin by taking a slow,

Steady breath in.

Hold it for a moment,

And then gently release it all.

Take another deep breath in,

Hold it again at the top,

And then exhale all of it out.

Feel your shoulders drop,

And your body melt into your bed.

Feel the heaviness in your feet,

Let them sink into your bed.

Then feel your legs and your hips soften and relax.

Soften your belly and open your chest.

Relax that space between your eyebrows,

Let it all dissolve.

Allow yourself to drift into a quieter space,

Beyond your thoughts,

Where you can feel the steady rhythm of your breath,

Where you are fully here,

Present.

As you settle,

Let these words gently wash over you.

Allow them to flow in and around you,

Like soft waves smoothing over the edges of fear.

Let them speak to the part of you that already knows they're true.

I am safe in this moment.

I release all fear from my body and mind.

I allow myself to relax completely.

I trust that everything is working out for my highest good.

I breathe in peace.

I breathe out fear.

My body is a safe and calm space.

I let go of what I cannot control.

Fear is not who I am.

I am surrounded by safety and love.

I am supported by the universe.

Each breath brings me deeper into peace.

I release the stories that cause fear.

I choose peace over worry.

I trust myself to navigate whatever comes.

I am free to let go.

Fear passes through me.

I do not hold on to it.

I am grounded even in uncertainty.

I replace fear with faith.

I am held in gentle protection.

My heart is calm,

My breath is slow,

And my mind is clear.

There is nothing I need to fix or figure out right now.

I surrender all anxious thoughts to sleep.

I am not alone.

I allow safety to take root inside of me.

I am more than my thoughts or feelings.

I trust the timing of my life.

Even in the unknown,

I am okay.

It is safe for me to rest.

It is safe for me to receive.

It is safe for me to let go.

I am gently releasing all fear.
