Now, relax, invite your body to surrender to the comfort of stillness, feel the heaviness of your eyelids, the softening of your entire face, shoulders descending from their heightened guard, belly relaxing into a rhythm of peace.

Hello and welcome.

I'm so thankful you're joining me here for tonight's sleep meditation.

Whether your brain is just spinning and you still feel the movement of the day moving through you,

Or perhaps you are ready to sleep and exhaustion is already taking over.

Go ahead and close your eyes and just be open to allowing this meditation to help you drift off into dreamland.

Breathe gently and take a moment to recognize the impermanence of this moment.

The flurry of today,

The echoes of past conversations,

The weight of all those unfinished tasks,

Just observe them,

Letting them be there.

But knowing that they're separate from you,

You have the power to release all of them,

To send them on their way,

To clear the space that they occupy and reclaim your inner calm.

Now relax and invite your body to surrender to the comfort of stillness.

Feel the heaviness of your eyelids,

The softening of your entire face.

Feel your shoulders releasing and relaxing as they lower and soften.

Feel your belly relaxing into softness.

Sink deeper and allow your mind to dissolve the clutter.

Let the thoughts untangle,

Unravel,

And gently drift away with every exhale.

Tune in to your breath.

Inhaling and exhaling.

A serene tide lapping the shores of your awareness.

Breathe in calm.

Breathe out chaos.

Each cycle drawing you closer to tranquility,

Nourishing your soul with each wave.

Inhale deeply.

Venture through the caverns of your spirit.

Seeking the shadows cast by today's light.

These shadows linger in the memory of your muscles,

The corners of your mind,

In every pause in between heartbeats.

With each inhale,

Let clarity come.

Gathering these shadows,

Preparing them for release.

Center them within you.

And exhale with a whisper of freedom.

They hold no dominion here.

Their presence is merely passing by.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Breathe in calm.

Exhale.

Release any heaviness.

In and out.

Release.

Release.

Release.

Say farewell to these remnants of unrest.

Watch them dissolve into the ether with each liberating exhale.

Feel your body melt into the gentle arms of the night.

As the last remnants of thoughts and tension float away.

Your mind is now a clear,

Tranquil pool.

And reflects only calm.

You are serene.

You are still.

You are free.

Rest now in this comforting quiet.

And drift gently into dreams.
