
Pause And Listen
Make time to pause, listen, and reflect. Find a physical space in your surroundings where you can create this pause. Breathe in and exhale slowly through your nose. Use this moment to actively breathe and listen. Observe what you hear—the constant, thumping heartbeat, warm rhythmic breath, stomach gurgles, and the occasional creak of toes or knees. Then, listen outwardly into your created space. Become aware of simple noises all around you. Breathe and take it all in. Quietly slow your mind, gather in all the details, and reflect on what you hear. Allow yourself to deeply listen into your body and all around you. To embody what we hear, see, and feel, to really pause and listen, we experience, grow, connect, and reflect. This helps us figure out who we are and who we want to become. Namaste, Beautiful.
