"The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step" - Lao Tzu. To get started, you need to make a decision to take that initial step. This morning, anchor yourself by placing your feet firmly on the ground, inhale deeply, expanding your belly and filling your chest, tilt your head towards the sky, and gently close your eyes. Feel where your internal compass is directing you today. Contemplate the idea of taking just one step to advance in your day and life, nothing more and nothing less, to propel yourself forward. Refrain from overthinking how you'll reach your destination, let go of the belief that it's unattainable, and release any doubts, worries, or fears. Just take that one step, one breath, to initiate your journey towards the destination you seek. Listen attentively to the wisdom of your breath, and breathe deeply into it.
