Allow yourself to settle and let your body find its place of ease.

Let your head rest fully into your pillow.

Your arms and legs release their weight,

And feel your breath slow.

Take in a long,

Nourishing inhale,

And then let your exhale soften you.

Again,

Breathe in deeply and fully,

And then breathe out all the way out,

Releasing all those particles of the day that you carry.

Feel yourself loosening,

Relaxing,

And sinking you deeper into rest.

Imagine a gentle river of soft,

Glowing blue flowing towards you.

It sparkles with calm,

And it moves with ease.

It carries the energy of restoration.

See it arrive at the crown of your head,

Pulling gently before flowing down into you.

Like a cool,

Cleansing stream,

It moves across your forehead,

Smoothing away worry,

Clearing the clutter of thought.

Feel it flow down over your closed eyes,

Bringing rest,

Bringing ease.

The calming blue river drifts through your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Your lips,

Releasing any tightness,

Any weight you've held in silence.

It flows into your neck and shoulders,

Unraveling knots and soothing tension,

Realigning what has been strained.

Feel it move across your chest,

Washing through your heart,

Clearing heaviness and making space for breath,

Making space for peace.

The river continues through your arms,

Down your elbows,

Through your wrists,

Into your hands and fingertips.

Notice them soften.

Notice them release.

The calm blue current drifts down your back now,

Easing every muscle,

Realigning what feels off,

And bringing harmony where there was strain.

It winds through your belly,

Cooling,

Soothing,

Restoring.

Like a soft blanket of water,

It flows easily,

Naturally,

As if it was always meant to be here.

Feel it gather at your hips,

Flowing down your legs,

Through your knees,

Into your calves and ankles,

And all the way into your feet and toes.

Every part of you is bathed in this calming flow.

Every part of you is realigned in its gentle touch.

Now feel the river expand,

Filling your whole body,

Circulating gently inside of you.

Every inhale carries it deeper.

Every exhale helps it cleanse away what no longer belongs.

The river knows exactly where to go.

It knows exactly what to heal.

It knows exactly how to restore balance.

So trust it,

And let it move through you.

And now,

Notice how your body feels,

Light,

Clear,

Restored.

Notice how your mind feels,

Quiet,

Spacious,

At ease.

And notice how your heart feels,

Open,

Soft,

At peace.
