Let's start by settling your body into a comfortable position, feel the weight of the world gently lift from your shoulders, and with each breath, let go of the day's burdens. Inhale deeply, filling your lungs with peace, exhale slowly, releasing all tension and stress. Feel your body soften, from your forehead to your toes, each muscle relaxing deeper into the night's gentle embrace. Imagine yourself as a glowing ember, once a part of a brilliant, fiery blaze. Your light has illuminated much throughout the day—each sparks a reflection of your energy and spirit.

Let's begin by settling your body into a comfortable position.

See if you can imagine the weight of the world gently lifting from your shoulders,

And with each breath,

Blow out all the burdens.

Inhale deeply,

Filling your lungs with peace.

Exhale slowly,

Releasing all tension and stress.

Feel your body soften from your forehead all the way down to your toes,

Each muscle relaxing deeper into the night.

Imagine yourself as a glowing ember,

Once a part of a brilliant,

Fiery blaze.

Your light has illuminated so much throughout the day,

Each spark a reflection of your energy and spirit.

Now,

As the evening draws near,

Your glow remains,

Warm and gentle,

Ready to transition into the calm of the night.

So close your eyes and take a deep,

Soothing breath,

And with each inhale,

Feel the coolness of the night air.

And as you exhale,

Imagine that any pieces of tension dissolve into the darkness,

Leaving only a tranquil warmth within you.

You're nestled in a soft,

Safe space,

Surrounded by darkness.

This darkness is not empty,

But rich with the velvet touch of the night.

It cradles you,

Understanding the work you've done,

The energy you've expended,

The love you've given.

Your glow is soft and steady.

You are glowing red-hot in the center,

With edges that pulse gently with oranges and a touch of blue.

Each color slowly radiates outward,

Carrying warmth and comfort.

Your light is not fierce,

But serene,

A beacon of the calm strength you hold within.

Feel the cool air around you,

The earth grounding beneath you.

Your ember lies atop a bed of soft ash,

The remnants of a fire that burned brightly.

All is quiet now.

With every slow,

Deliberate breath,

Your ember glows just a little softer,

The vibrant energy of your day,

Once bright and fierce,

Now settles into a quiet,

Gentle luminescence.

This glow is enough,

It is perfect for now.

It does not seek to illuminate the whole night,

Only the space within you that warms you.

Let your body sink deeper into relaxation.

Your breaths are the gentle wind that stirs the faintest sparks from your ember,

A reminder of the fire within that will return in the morning,

But for now it rests,

And so do you.

With each breath,

Allow the glow of your ember to dim slightly,

Fading from red to amber,

Then to the deepest,

Most comforting black.

This is not the end,

But a pause.

You are storing your energy,

Embracing restoration in the night.

You are safe here,

In this moment,

A precious ember in the heart of the Earth's kindness.

Feel the protection of the night,

The stillness of the air,

And the soft,

Encompassing darkness.

Here you are watched over,

You are loved,

And you are understood.

Now let go completely.

Allow the gentle transition into sleep to carry you.

The ember of your spirit needs this rest,

Deserves this peace.

Tomorrow,

Your ember will glow brightly once more,

But for now,

It is the soft,

Gentle glow of restful,

Healing sleep.

Namaste.

Beautiful.
