Hello and welcome,
I'm so grateful you're here with me tonight.
This moment is here to hold you,
To cradle you in softness,
To help you rest.
Worry is a visitor,
One that often stays too long,
Wearing grooves into your thoughts and knocking on the doors of your peace.
Worry is the mind reaching forward or clinging to what has already passed,
But here in this quiet place,
There is only now,
And now is safe.
Now is still.
You are supported in this moment,
Held in a presence so much greater than fear,
And with each breath,
You return to that truth.
Now gently bring your awareness to the body that holds you,
This body that's carried it all,
Without needing to fix it or judge it.
Just notice your body.
Begin at the top of your head and slowly let it soften.
Soften your brows,
Your eyes,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw,
Let your shoulders lower,
Let your arms grow heavy,
And rest.
Let your hands be quiet and still,
Feel your chest open gently as your breath flows in and out.
Nothing forced,
Nothing needing to change,
Just in flow.
Let your belly soften,
And let your back release,
And let yourself be held.
Now feel the weight of your legs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Feel your feet softening into the bed beneath you.
Your whole body is still now,
Open and ready to release worry and return to peace of what I cannot control.
Peace is available to me right now,
And not my thoughts.
I am safe to rest deeply.
Worry does not define me.
I trust that everything will unfold as it's meant to.
Each breath helps me let go.
My body knows how to relax.
There is nothing I need to do right now.
I give myself permission to rest.
I release tension from my mind and body.
I am supported by life.
I choose to focus on the calm within me.
My thoughts slow down as I relax.
Sleep comes easily when I surrender worry.
I have done enough for today.
It is safe to stop trying and simply be.
I am worthy of rest.
All is well in this moment.
I allow myself to drift into peaceful sleep.
I trust in the timing of my life.
Worry fades with each breath I take.
I am gentle with myself.
I welcome peace into every cell of my body.
I surrender the weight of today.
I invite stillness to carry me into sleep.
Everything I need is already within me.
I am safe.
I am free.
Namaste,
Beautiful.
