Good evening, Beautiful. I'm so grateful you're here for tonight's sleep meditation. Let's begin by getting into a comfortable position, Finding your space in your bed and close your eyes and breathe yourself into its softness. Sink in and let the day slip off of your shoulders, Let it drift from your hands and unravel from your mind. The bed below cradles you like a quiet snowbank, Soft and silent, Holding you without effort. Breathe in deep, And then exhale slow, Let each breath stretch long and wide, Opening space in your body and in your mind. Now imagine that your body has become light, Lighter than air, Weightless and free, Untethered from gravity, From worry, From thought, And without any effort at all, You begin to float higher and higher, Rising up through the still night. Above the rooftops, Beyond trees, Past clouds that curl like soft blankets in the sky, Higher still, Until you reach the edge of the Earth's magnetic veil. Here the sky begins to shimmer with living light, The northern lights, Waves of greens and pinks and blues, Dancing and spiraling, Painting the sky in motion. You float within them, Wrapped in curtains of emerald, Violet ribbons that ripple like wind, Blues that melt into gold. They don't just glow, They sing, Soft frequencies hum in your bones. The lights swirl around you, Gently and curiously, As if they've known you, As if they've been waiting for you to come home. Let them move through you, Let them draw out the static, All that leftover noise of your day. Let them clear your mind, The way wind clears a frozen lake. Float, Still, Held by the light, Cradled above the world. There is no time here, No need, No past, No future. Only the slow pulse of peace. The lights swirl again, And now they begin to slow, Their waves gentler, Their colors softening into a deep, Glimmering calm. You drift with them, Relaxed by the rhythm of the sky, Healed by the light that lives at the edge of the world. Float here, And rest here.
