As you find a comfortable place to be,
Bring your awareness to your breath and with each gentle inhale and exhale,
Welcome yourself here.
However you are,
Whatever you feel,
With eyes open or closed,
Allow yourself to listen and take in these words as they flow through you,
In whatever way you are meant to receive.
There is something so very beautiful in welcoming and being within the whole myriad of feelings and emotions as part of our precious existence,
The richness of this deeply meaningful life.
Even if things feel uncertain,
Changing or transitioning in some way,
You don't need to be anything other than who you are in this moment,
Each moment and the next,
Allowing what is there to simply be,
Allowing yourself to feel all as you do,
No trying,
No resisting,
Not changing a thing,
Simply allowing,
Allowing,
Allowing all that is.
I wonder,
How does this allowing feel for you?
What would change if you simply allowed?
What would shift and open if you might allow what is?
In each moment,
With each breath you take in and out,
Allow yourself to simply be however you are,
Whatever you may feel,
Uncertainty,
Fear,
Anxiety,
Hurt,
Pain,
Perhaps there is grief and sorrow or maybe even a soft trance of contentment,
A veil that lifts just ever so slightly to joy,
Glints of softness and light,
Breathe into this allowance of whatever it is you feel right now,
All that naturally flows and if something is gripping you tightly or feels heavy or too much,
Simply allowing that,
Breathing into that,
Softening into that,
With each breath allow yourself to surrender,
To be with all that is and if something is touching you with joy or you feel a glint of light,
Perhaps even a nudge of inspiration or the faintest murmur of hope that fills up lifting to spirit,
Heart and soul,
Allowing that,
Breathing into that,
Becoming one with all that you feel,
All those emotions washing through you,
Part of you in communion with life.
Feel yourself being within this experience,
Allowing whatever it is to expand and grow,
Any shifts or openings to hope and light,
No matter how small,
Allowing these to seep into every part of you so that you might embody this,
Your entire being delight in this,
The richness of all these feelings and emotions as part of this precious,
Sacred life.
We don't always see it this way.
We may wish for things to be different,
We may long for things to be as they once were,
But I wonder,
Where does longing take you?
Where does this sense of wishing take you?
What does resisting what is do for you and how does it make you feel?
This resisting feels like an internal struggle and if so,
Simply bring your awareness back to your breath as your constant anchor and guide within and as you are taking gentle breaths in and out,
Allow yourself to feel the relief,
The release,
The dissipation,
The ease that comes,
The acceptance that flows in as you let go.
Allow yourself to let go.
Let it all go.
Let each gentle breath guide you to return to being here now,
To simply be with all that is.
Feel how your body may unravel,
Unfold a little more as you release and let go.
Feel how you are left with a sense of space within and around you,
Spaciousness within your whole being where you can simply be,
An acceptance that waters through you and feels light and free.
Allow your breath to lift your spirit and to dance in this space where there is no past,
No future,
Only this present moment,
Here and now.
Being with what is,
This space of self acceptance where you may remind yourself of the delight you feel in simply being here,
Now,
The life force that continues to run and wash through you.
May something grips you still or feels heavy or your mind is taking you elsewhere,
To a place beyond or into the past or somewhere that may feel difficult.
Come back to yourself here and your breath and allow it all,
Allow it all.
Allow yourself to feel and be within it all.
You are whole,
You are whole.
All of this,
All of what you feel and know is what makes you beautifully,
Radiantly,
Gloriously whole.
You may not feel it but your truth within deeply knows this,
As part of your innate nature,
Your being.
If you could invite yourself to accept every single part of yourself,
Every experience,
Circumstance,
Every piece of your past,
Every detail of your life,
Each crevice and corner you've turned,
Every step you've taken,
Every landscape you've traversed,
Every view you've taken in,
The whole timeline of your life and before.
If you could capture every single moment as pictures in your mind and see it all as part of you,
Part of life.
There is no wrong or right,
Nothing you should have done or chosen differently,
Nothing you need or must do,
Nothing to change,
All simply is.
And even if you long for something to be as it used to or you find yourself going to that place of wishing or yearning,
If it brings you any heaviness or weight,
Bring loving kindness and self compassion into your heart and imagine enveloping yourself with arms of love,
Comfort and solace,
All that you desire and that brings you moments of delight.
And as you gently breathe in and out along with these words,
Allow all of what you feel and know to bring you to this moment,
Now,
Here.
You are complete,
You are whole,
Allowing what is,
Allowing all that is.
In it all,
You are whole.
All the phases of uncertainty,
Change,
Transition,
The tides that ebb and flow,
The beacon of hope,
The beautiful moments where you capture the light.
Know that however you feel,
You can return to this space within yourself.
This deep knowing and trust and with each breath again,
You can soften and allow all to simply be.
This may be the deepest and most profound knowing of all.
You can be with yourself and life,
With acceptance,
With grace,
Surrender that goes beyond all need for understanding,
A trust that reverberates through your own being.
You are one with life and all that is.
Feel how this acceptance and allowing becomes part of you,
Within this experience and conversation you continually have with life.
Even now,
As you take breaths in and out,
You might say these words to yourself as loving affirmations.
I allow myself to be.
I allow myself to simply be.
I allow myself to be all of me.
I allow what is.
I allow myself to be with what is.
I allow all of myself to be with all that is.
I accept with every part of me and my communion with this sacred precious life that I am whole.
Within my entire being and all that surrounds me,
I am whole.
And with each breath in and out,
Feel into this knowingness within that whenever you allow yourself to simply be,
You are whole.
You are always whole and this is always enough.

Calm and love as you allow yourself to be with all that is.
