This meditation is for soothing calm whenever you feel worry, fear, or anxiety. In any moment, of any day, listen to these words, to feel a sense of ease and peace within. You might do this at home, or at your place of work, or sitting still in your car before you drive somewhere. Any time or place when you find yourself with heightened sensations, come to this space, for soothing calm.

These words are for soothing calm when you feel worry,

Fear or anxiety.

In any moment of any day,

Listen to these words.

Come home to ease and peace within.

You might do this at home or at your place of work or sitting still in your car before you drive somewhere.

Anytime you find yourself feeling heightened sensations,

Come to this space.

Listen for moments of soothing calm.

Now take a breath in and out.

Wherever you are,

However you feel,

Just allow yourself to be here.

This time just for you.

Another breath in and out and again.

A gentle inhale and exhale.

Close your eyes if you can or if that feels too much.

Just sit quietly,

Focus on something in front of you and bring yourself back to your breath.

Let the music guide you.

And if it helps even more,

Count each breath as it flows.

Inhale,

One,

Two,

Three.

And exhale,

One,

Two,

Three.

Slowly,

Slowly.

One,

Two,

Three.

One,

Two,

Three.

Find your own rhythm with each breath now.

Allow yourself just to be this present moment.

Here,

Now.

It is safe to be here.

It is safe to feel however you feel.

If you're finding it difficult to breathe,

Return to counting.

In and out.

And in your own time,

Your own natural pace,

No rush,

Just quietly,

Softly,

Gently.

You are doing so well.

If the fear grips you or feels too much,

Return to counting.

All is safe here.

This present moment.

Now.

All is well.

If you feel anxiety or any heightened sensations,

Just allow your breath to flood your entire being with compassion and with love.

And return to counting each breath.

If the breath is shallow,

That's okay.

All is okay.

Just feel how each breath of air is flowing into every part of you.

You are breathing in compassion and love.

You are doing so well.

Each breath is a soothing balm that caresses all parts of you.

Tenderness,

Kindness,

All is love.

There is no rush.

There is no place to be.

Just here.

This present moment.

Now.

Each breath,

Each inhale and exhale brings healing,

Calm and peace.

Breathe in and out.

Your own natural rhythm that your body knows so well.

Trust in how you can let go.

Trust in knowing you can be here.

Trust in knowing you can return to your own calm within.

This beautiful space of self-compassion.
