Lie down or sit for this compassionate breathing exercise. We will connect and breath through the heart to soften, soothe and provide self-kindness. Then we will direct this breath through the whole body. The result is more self-compassion and love and a relaxed body and mind. This was based on the compassionate breath used in the MBSC and whole body breathing exercises. I hope it provides you with a lovely state of being!
