The energy of this super new moon was particularly intense for me, so I decided to record an intention for myself along with some healing tones mixed in a way that distracts the brain and allows the healing energy to enter into my energy system with more ease. As I recorded my intention, I realized that it was turning into a guided meditation focusing on the intention of releasing the old (with love) and inviting the new (with love and curiosity!). May this help you love yourself a bit more!

Aug Hmm Hmmm I release all that is not mine.

I release all that is mine,

That is ready to be released.

I allow all that is within my system,

That is not part of my true essence,

My true core,

My true self,

That I have come to this planet and this incarnation to express all that is not that I let go of.

I release out of my system and I thank for all the lessons,

For all the growth that has come from holding these energies,

Consciousnesses,

Beings within my system.

I'm so grateful.

I'm so grateful for all the lessons,

For all the experiences.

And I'm ready now to say goodbye with so much love,

So much gratitude.

You taught me so much.

You taught me so much.

You taught me so much.

You taught me so much.

You taught me so much.

You taught me so much.

You taught me so much.

With this exhale,

I release all attachments to all of you,

My wonderful teachers from the past,

As I cross the threshold into my next chapter,

Bringing with me all of those lessons that you've helped me learn and releasing my connections to you,

To those whole energies to make space for all of the new intentions,

For all of the new projects and creations and experiences and loves and hurts and growth and learning that will come to me in this next chapter,

In my next phase.

I expand my system.

I expand myself.

I expand.

I expand into myself.

Through this transition,

As if un-seping the suit of my old self that I thought I was confined to and allowing it to drop from my shoulders onto the earth,

Beautiful earth,

The healing,

The beautiful beauty,

Wonderful howl-light,

All the trees,

All the rocks,

Plants and animals,

The oceans,

The seas,

The fires,

The air,

The love,

Allowing that old me,

That suit of my former,

To be absorbed,

To return,

To return to love.

As the old me is absorbed into the earth,

I invite my new self,

The new expression of me,

Which was always there,

As if laying dormant in my core,

Just asking,

Waiting for the opportunity to dance,

To express,

To feel,

To be,

To come alive.

I see you,

New self.

I'm ready.

And let this inhale.

I invite more to this new self,

A new body,

New minds,

A new heart.

I am ready to express,

To be,

To become,

As I expand into me.

I release all fear.

I release all insecurity.

I release all self-doubt.

Only love.

Only love.

I invite the joy of truly knowing and expressing myself,

This glorious path of self-discovery.

This is why I'm here,

Not to be afraid of my greatness,

Not to fear my light and how expressing it might shake up my world.

Those fears are over.

I expand into my radiance.

I expand into my joy.

I expand into the full unapologetic love and honoring of myself,

Which is ultimately loving and honoring of all selves.

May the divine love that is at the core of each and every one of us be realized and expressed.

May we play.

May we open up to new thoughts,

To new feelings,

Without judgment,

Without fear.

May we feel and see and truly be,

Occupy the space inside each of us that we have in common.

May we be the love.

No matter the ailment,

No matter the perceived pain or struggle,

No matter the question,

The answer is always love.

The cure is always love.

You are just a little bit more than I can think.

I see you in the mirror,

Just a little bit more than I can think.

I see you in the mirror,

Just a little bit more than I can think.

I see you in the mirror,

Just a little bit more than I can think.

I see you in the mirror,

Just a little bit more than I can think.

I see you in the mirror,

Just a little bit more than I can think.

I love me,

Love me,

I love me.
