Hello,
Beautiful beings.
Welcome to the Turn Yourself In Podcast,
A self-mastery preschool for adults program,
Providing bite-sized secrets,
Reflections,
And exercises to know,
Love,
And heal thyself and to be happy,
Healthy,
Helpful,
And holy.
Together,
We will zoom into your deepest,
Most expansive,
And highest self to gain self-mastery.
This is Reverend Catherine Ganovsoto.
Thank you for being and for being here with me today.
In the previous episode,
I discussed the third consideration in the know thyself dimension,
Choose each moment.
In this ninth episode,
We will cover the fourth consideration in the know thyself dimension,
Take response ability.
As always,
First prepare your environment,
Turn on your receiving mechanism,
And prepare the tools you'll use to learn.
Turn on your favorite healing sounds,
Receive your favorite essential oils,
And prepare to absorb what you wish.
Receive a few nourishing deep breaths and state aloud,
I choose to receive profound and transformational epiphanies,
Insights,
And peacefulness with ease and grace.
I choose to receive profound and transformational epiphanies,
Insights,
And peacefulness with ease and grace.
Take responsibility.
Find your place of sincerity and take responsibility from here.
You maintain the response ability,
The ability to respond to any situation in whatever way you choose,
Creating each experience of your life.
How will you choose to respond?
You received conditioning and programming through your experiences and learned behaviors and habits that aren't always supportive.
Without access to the resources or tools to respond with love,
It is easy to choose otherwise.
But it is never too late to change.
Take response ability and with gentleness,
Begin to shift the way you interact with life and with the experiences that reappear so that you can respond with love.
Confidence and peace will grow within your being when you take ownership of your responses and come into a place of responding with care.
Take the time you desire to sit with things before responding.
Get curious about what is arising within you,
The feelings,
The emotions,
The body sensations,
And identify what it means to you.
This practice may take time and that is perfect.
Make quote unquote mistakes.
Note,
There are no mistakes.
Grow and allow the energy to move as it will.
You are not required to be an expert or to do things to a specification.
You are here to be you growing and learning,
Exploring and dancing with the interactions,
The communications,
And the experiences of life.
Contemplate the following.
Given that we each have the response ability,
The ability to respond to any given situation,
Bring an experience to mind about which you want to inquire.
Your first question can be where in your being are you feeling something?
And then what action reaction is your responsibility?
So the first question again is in regards to this incident,
Where in your being are you feeling something?
And then what action or reaction is your responsibility?
Your being may want to naturally react in a certain way,
But what is your ability to respond?
Then how are you going to respond to this situation,
To this experience?
Dig deep within your heart,
Your spirit,
And your soul and ask,
What is mine to do?
What will I choose to do?
How will I choose to respond?
Your goal is the following.
First,
Find your place of sincerity with yourself,
With the situation and any others that may be involved.
Be sincere and honest with yourself and take the moments you need to understand any resistance,
Struggle,
Or painful attachments to the situation or individuals.
Second,
Witness the situation and everyone involved.
Experience everything as divine teachings coming to you because you are ready to receive them,
Including any initial responses internal or external.
Third,
Give yourself room,
Permission,
And gentleness as you get curious and move with the energy fragments arising from within.
Be your best friend and witness the hurt or anger or any other emotions that may be emerging.
And fourth,
When you sense clarity,
Understanding,
Or peace,
Align with your sincerity for the situation and respond from here.
If this does not come,
Allow what is and hold yourself with gentleness.
Trust yourself with what your being wants to do.
Your being may want to hear you repeat,
I see you,
It's okay.
I see you,
It's okay.
There is no requirement to dig deeper or do more.
Trust what comes through in your path to taking responsibility.
It may take time.
By taking responsibility,
You begin to release the programs and illusions.
You stand in a place of integrity,
Holding the space from a higher understanding and with gentleness,
You guide yourself to choose love.
You understand how incredible choice is and that when you choose with mindfulness,
A sense of peace and confidence arise.
Here's some practices you can take into your day to day.
Practice number one,
Reflect on a situation from the past where you struggled.
Find your sincerity with the situation.
View it through the lens of genuine understanding and compassion,
Knowing and trusting that it is and was divine.
Perceive all the players as children doing the best they can with the tools and resources they had access to and thus chose to receive.
What would the outcome be if you could do it again but with a different response?
Let go of beating yourself up for feeling guilt or shame that is of no service.
The experiences came to be as they did,
As divine training for that is how they unfolded.
Permit yourself to notice how you can respond with kindness,
Sincerity,
Purpose,
Candid reflection and genuine love toward yourself and others.
You are always learning.
You are always teaching.
Practice number two,
Each day commit to taking responsibility.
Take back your control and your ability to respond to any situation in a manner that aligns with your present time being.
At the start of each day,
Commit to taking responsibility with every interaction.
Over time,
It will become easier to be present and mindful when you respond.
Baby steps,
Sweet being.
Here are some affirmations.
You can speak the following aloud or choose to create your own.
Repeat daily for as long as desired.
Number one,
I commit to taking responsibility with every interaction.
I commit to taking responsibility with every interaction.
Number two,
I permit myself to respond in a way that aligns with kindness,
Sincerity,
Purpose,
Candid reflection and genuine love.
I permit myself to respond in a way that aligns with kindness,
Sincerity,
Purpose,
Candid reflection and genuine love.
Number three,
I experience everything as divine teachings that I am ready to receive.
I experience everything as divine teachings that I am ready to receive.
Number four,
I take my control back and my best friend and support myself in conscious response ability.
I take my control back and my best friend and support myself in conscious response ability.
