Hello beautiful beings.

Welcome to the Turn Yourself In podcast,

A self-mastery preschool for adults program providing bite-sized secrets,

Healthy,

Helpful,

And holy.

Together we will zoom into your deepest,

Most expansive,

And highest self to gain self mastery.

Thank you for being and for being here with me today.

In the previous episode I discussed the eighth and last consideration within the Hoe and Your Gifts and Skills Dimension called Expand Your Knowledge.

In this 30th episode we will begin our exploration into the last dimension for Teach Love including the first consideration called Know You Are Holy.

As always,

First prepare your environment.

Turn on your receiving mechanism and prepare the tools you use to learn.

Turn on your favorite healing sounds.

Receive your favorite essential oils and prepare to absorb what you wish.

Receive a deep nourishing breath and state aloud,

I choose to receive profound and transformational epiphanies,

Insights,

And peacefulness with ease and grace.

Teach Love Dimension.

The Teach Love Dimension embodies the following energies.

It is in the vibration of surrender,

With the knowledge to allow for mastery,

With the result to be holy,

And in alignment with the fire element.

You are holy,

A perfect supreme being.

This isn't always something to which one aligns because it has been riddled with judgments,

Fear,

And misunderstandings.

There is nothing you can do to get away from the fact that you are holy.

This isn't something you are training for that requires training or a certificate.

It is what you are.

Realize it so that you can teach love.

The Teach Love Dimension is the easiest and most challenging of the lessons because there is nothing concrete that I can give you to say do A,

B,

And C and voila you have mastery.

This requires complete surrender to your highest self,

To a higher power,

To creator,

To God.

This space requires you to let go of attachments and everything you thought you were and to allow the truth of who you are to shine through.

It requires you to burn off what you are not,

Release yourself into the fire,

Completely surrender,

And be your pure spirit,

To be love.

You are love.

You are holy.

When you understand this,

You will understand and gain mastery,

At least at the level you are able to in present time.

For remember,

There are many layers to move through and so you will continue to learn until it is no longer necessary.

Work with the eight considerations detailed in the following podcasts to contemplate,

Practice,

And affirm this dimension of the Self Mastery Preschool for Adults Program.

The eight considerations include the following.

Know you are holy.

Trust your higher self.

Share your gifts with the world.

Let go of attachments.

Choose love in every moment.

Surrender to Source.

Understand the truth and plant seeds.

Let's begin with know you are holy.

Being holy is not something you attain or gain.

It is something that you are.

You are sacred and divine,

Worthy of respect,

A child of God,

Just like the many masters that have lived before.

These masters were able to perform miracles and to live and walk with peace and consciousness.

You may place them outside of your own likeness because you don't believe you can do what they did or be with their level of wisdom,

Insight,

Love,

And peace.

But those beliefs are illusions.

You are just as remarkable,

Miraculous,

Beautiful,

And capable of achieving those same things.

I believe it is one of our main lessons,

Probably the principal one,

To perceive ourselves as holy and to understand that we are holy just as we are.

It only requires acceptance of this truth and to allow the magnitude of God to shine through.

Step into seniority and confidence with compassion and kindness.

Understand that you can be influential and mighty with gentleness and can embody your holiness while residing in this world.

Are you afraid to embrace such holiness because you don't believe you can live up to whatever expectation you have set for this level of being based on past programming and belief systems?

You may have chosen to define yourself as less than or not capable of aligning with the holiness that resides within your being,

Yet this holiness is an intrinsic God-given trait to which you can align and shine without effort.

Some of your most challenging experiences can be viewed as doorways to which you are given the opportunity to respond from your holiness.

Instead of expecting God to rescue you,

Utilize your own gifts and skills to evolve,

Shift,

And transform the experience from one where you are suffering to one where you transcend the limitations and illusions and embrace love.

If you are rescued by God every time you fell,

You would never activate your own courage to find that you are capable,

That you are holy,

That you are part of God.

Can you choose from a place of love and witness the holiness and God source energy in all things,

All beings,

And all experiences?

This holiness within you is your superpower.

Utilize it.

Contemplate the following.

Self-mastery requires you to know thyself,

To be honest with the self about the self,

To love thyself without condition or expectation,

And to heal the places within you where you believe you are less than holy,

Less than the creation of life.

Accept the holiness that you are and understand the brilliance you have within your being.

You are drawn here to this moment because something within you is seeking the truth,

Is seeking something to help you validate this deep wisdom poking at you to awaken.

The breadcrumbs brought you here to help you align with your holiness,

With peace and love,

And with your desire to be of service.

Something within you understands that the God frequency runs through your being,

Is part of your being,

And can be activated from within.

Yet there is doubt and you desire to be told where it is and how to activate it,

To be reassured that this is the case.

So you examine others to ascertain what they do and seek for confirmation.

Are you hoping a loud voice will affirm this or a being will appear blessing you with this holiness?

That voice is your own.

That being with the blessing is your highest self.

To feel that God frequency,

That holiness,

Place your hands upon your heart while listening to a moving song,

Or watching the sincere love of a parent toward its child.

Witness the power of nature,

A brother helping a sister,

And the beautiful growth of a flower.

This is all you giving and receiving of love with the sacredness of your being.

It is all within and you can choose to activate it with intention and daily practice.

You are holy.

It isn't something you attain or gain.

It is something that you are and something that desires to be realized,

Seen,

Lived,

And shared.

Here are some practices you can take into your day today.

Practice number one.

Determine what holiness means for you and identify if you have any judgments or negative connotations about what it might represent.

Identify where you believe you are less than or are not worthy of respect and love.

Pinpoint where you are afraid to embrace the beauty and love that you are.

Observe,

Witness,

And contemplate these beliefs to help you heal and to help you change them.

Practice number two.

Find or write a song or mantra that moves you to experience the power of creation within,

That moves you to understand the holiness of existence.

Allow this mantra or song to bring through sincerity with the grandest of love.

State or sing this to your heart to and from your highest self.

Let this love and God source energy move through you.

Be in deep and sincere prayer and devotion to the holiness within.

Here are some affirmations.

You can speak the following aloud or choose to create your own.

Repeat daily for as long as desired.

Number one.

I am sacred and divine,

Worthy of respect,

A child of God.

I am sacred and divine,

A child of God.

Number two.

I accept and will activate the holiness within me.

I accept and will activate the holiness within me.

Number three.

I choose to know,

Love,

And heal thyself.

I choose to know,

Love,

And heal thyself.

I choose to realize the vastness within me.
