Healing Journey With The Angels

This healing journey is designed to delve into your subconscious mind on a deep meditative level beyond the ego to retrieve forgotten messages buried within your spirit. You will be taken on a journey to meet with your Guardian Angel who will help you to retrieve forgotten messages and allow any new messages from your highest self, your spirit, to come through into the present moment.

Closing down the eyes relaxing the body and coming into your breath breathing in and breathing out very deeply with each breath feeling yourself relax more and more letting go of all the day's events any thoughts or feelings anything that's disturbing you let it all go now using your breath to calm your mind and relax your body big deep slow cleansing breath on the out breath letting everything go letting everything relax relaxing all the muscles in your body feeling your body melt deeper and deeper into relaxation and dropping out of your head and down into your heart opening up and getting ready to go on a healing journey I invite you to bring your awareness into the area directly in between your two eyebrows this is the third eye chakra your gateway to your inner wisdom your sixth sense and I invite you to open your third eye to see clearly as we enter in to a guided visualization deep cleansing breath I invite you to imagine that you're in a beautiful big open field and the space expands out as far as you can see all around you there is no one else here only you and you are free free to be yourself free to express free to explore deep cleansing breaths as you allow these seams to unfold inside your mind's eye as you are in this beautiful big open field I want you to look down to the left hand side of you and you can see a path like a trodden path and I want you to walk over to where you see that path and continue walking down it putting one foot in front of the other and walking with purpose and mindfully down into this path as you continue along the path relax your body and relax your mind and just keep walking with an open heart and allow mother nature that surrounds you to keep you safe and guided and protected as you continue on this path keep walking until in your vision you can see a small house like a little cottage and as those scenes unfold within your mind just standing outside that cottage and observing what it looks like anybody home is it new or old what does it look like exactly just focusing on that little house and then if it feels safe to do so I invite you to enter that house that cottage opening up the front door and stepping in side and just allowing the scene of inside that cottage that little house allowing that scene to unfold within your mind taking in very big deep breaths somewhere within that room there's a small wooden table now I want you to visualize that wooden table and I invite you to walk over to it and as you get closer you notice that there's a key on that table and I want you to observe that key what does your key look like is it old or new small large just observing that key I want you to pick up that key next to that key you notice a large red book and this red book as it comes in to your vision as the energy of an old sacred text you know this book has been around for a long time and I invite you now if it is safe for you to do so to open up this book and read what it says on the page wherever you open up to what message does this book have for you for today allow those messages to come through easily flowing into your consciousness and when you have received I invite you to close the book and then leave that little house bringing the key with you coming outside again whenever you're ready taking in a deep breath and continuing along the path bringing your awareness back outside to Mother Nature as you continue to go deeper and deeper along this path now I invite you to keep walking until you get to a large body of water and whatever scene comes in to your vision it may be a lake or a waterfall or an ocean or a river and once you get down to that body of water I want you to sit and just observe the flow of the water what is happening with that water is it flowing and calm and tranquil is it loud and stormy and rough and windy just observing without any judgment what is happening to that water with your vision today taking in some deep breaths as you observe the flow of the water around you as you sit down next to that body of water I want you to feel on your right hand side a beautiful presence like a warm glowing light and in your mind's eye I want you to turn to your right side and connect in with this person next to you this is your guardian angel your guide your protector you may recognize them and you may not this may be your first meeting this angels this loved one is here to guide protect and support you at all times so just taking a few moments to notice feel see or hear your guardian angels right there next to you looking out at the water notice whether the guardian angel is masculine or feminine and just taking some deep breaths opening up your heart to receive this message and support from heaven as you continue to take in some deep breaths I want you to feel that support and guidance and let love coming from your guardian angel feel the love coming from their heart to your heart and your heart to their heart feeling supported and protected breathing in deeply into this space now I invite you to sit with your guardian angel for a moment and I want you to let go of anything that's in your mind any worry in your heart any stress in your life let it all pour out have a conversation with your guardian angels and tell them everything everything that's creating confusion or hurt or pain on any level mind body and spirit the more you share and express with your guardian angel the more it allows for this energy to be released from your physical body so spending a few moments here and letting go of any stress or worry on any level by communicating with your guardian angel just let go don't hold back and don't filter this is a place of expression and release without any judgment let it all pour out from your heart to their heart anything that's in your mind right now empty it all out releasing everything to the angel just like a big waterfall of energy feel it melting out of you and feel your angel open and receiving and just like a big vacuum literally sucking away this energy the more you speak the more your angel is able to pull you out to pull you out of this space releasing any stress any tension any worries or problems releasing it all right now when you have finished speaking with your angel I invite you to show your angel a key that you have from the little house and I want you to ask your angel what is this key for and be open to receive the answer now taking in some very big deep and cleansing breaths and just looking out at the water in front of you once again and noticing any changes to that water how it feels or how it looks just observing I invite you to stand up in your mind's eye now and go down to the water's edge and we're literally going to use the element of water to cleanse and purify your mind and body and spirit right now so however you feel I invite you to connect to the water you may want to just put your feet in or let your fingertips rest on top or you may want to run and jump and dive as deep as you can however you're comfortable however you desire in this moment connect into the water and let that water bathe cleansing and purifying every cell in your body right now feeling that water flowing over you around you beneath you however you're connected to that water seeing the harmony and the flow and breathing in the peace allowing the water to cleanse to purify to release as you're bathing in this body of water I invite you to repeat the affirmation to yourself I rise above the stories of my mind and into love and peace I rise above the stories of my mind and into love and peace I rise above the stories of my mind and into love and peace and feel the water washing away purifying anything from your life that no longer serves you allowing all the wisdom to be extracted from the wounds and anything that doesn't have a purpose anymore anything that's holding you back or any blockages being released right now in this very moment all you have to do is breathe and let go and gently coming out back to the water's edge now and take a deep breath and allowing yourself to feel revitalized reconnected rejuvenated and relaxed walking up and giving your guardian angel a big hug and feeling yourself wrapped up with beautiful warm angel wings all around you just like a big warm blanket over your shoulders feel yourself protected and guided and connected to the support of your angel looking back over and finding the path once again in your vision with your renewed vitality your guardian angel will be behind you closely I invite you to set foot upon the path once again and continue walking mindfully and with purpose noticing everything around you until you see in front of you directly in front of your vision a beautiful big old and ancient trees and I want you to walk up to that tree this tree is old and so beautiful and just like a beautiful grandfather it has the energy strong support connection and wise now I invite you to walk up to this tree and I want you to sit down so that you connect your spine to the trunk of the tree and as you melt into that trunk you realize that it is so comfortable your body just melts into this trunk as though the shape is made perfectly to fit the shape of your body and I invite you to bring your awareness down into the base of your spine all the way down into the coccyx right at the lower part of your back and I invite you to imagine that you are pulling in the energy of this tree this old wisdom this ancient knowledge this grounding supporting comforting connection and I want you to breathe it in through the base of your spine and feel your spine connected to this tree and feel the energy of this tree enter into your body and move all the way up your spine and as you connect to this tree it is though you and the tree are breathing together breathing in and out very deeply as you feel your spine completely connected and supported by the trunk of this big wise tree breathe deeply as you breathe into this space you realize that it is safe for you to be calm it is safe for you to let go and to relax you are fully supported in all ways feeling the support of the tree behind you feeling your connection to Mother Earth feeling your energy solidly grounded very present and very strong you realize that you have all the strength and courage you need in every moment you realize that you have the power to heal your own mind body and spirit you realize that it is safe for you to trust yourself you are reminded from this tree that it is safe for you to express who you truly are it is safe for you to follow your own intuition and trust those gut feelings and as you breathe in very deeply supported by the strength and the wisdom of this tree you realize that it is safe for you to love yourself you deserve to be loved you are worthy of self-love and breathing into this space breathing in deeply breathing in and letting everything else melt away we're gonna bring all of this wisdom and the messages you received and all of this strength and trust and love back into your physical body so in your mind's eye I invite you to step up from the tree and just moving along down the path once again opening up your arms just like you're a bird about to take flight and using the affirmation it is safe for me to be free taking in some deep and cleansing breaths and bringing all of this renewed vitality this life force and all of this healing back into your physical body so gently wiggling your fingers and your toes making any stretches or movements that your body desires waking yourself up very gently taking in some very big deep breaths and then coming all the way back to this present moment and bringing all of this love and healing within your mind and your body and your spirit with you now you you
