Transcript

Gently closing your eyes,

Getting into a comfortable position and bringing all of your awareness into your breathing.

Breathing in and breathing out very deeply as you relax and let go and melt.

With each breath trying to get a little bit deeper and a little bit slower as you relax more and more and more.

As you empty your mind of any thoughts,

Letting go of all the events of the day,

Concentrating solely on your breath,

Breathing in very deeply and as you breathe out letting go.

Any thoughts in your mind,

Any stress or worry in your body,

Just letting it all go,

Breathing in deeply and on the exhalation sending it away.

Bringing your awareness down into your feet and bringing self love and gratitude,

The powerful healing emotions down into your feet as well.

As you relax your toes and the tops of your feet and the soles of your feet and your ankles,

I want you to fill your feet with love and gratitude.

Breathe that love and gratitude into your feet.

These feet carry you all around the world.

They allow you to stand on your own supporting you and providing you with the ability to walk and dance and run and move.

So breathing gratitude into your feet,

Using your mind to heal your body,

Setting the intention to let go of anything that no longer serves you in exchange for a perfect functioning,

Beautiful physical body.

Deep cleansing breaths.

And bringing the awareness up into your calf muscles,

Your shins,

Your knees and all the way up through your thighs and into your hips and relaxing all the muscles and tendons within the legs now.

Letting go of any pain or tension or any yucky thoughts you have about how your legs look or feel.

Letting all of that go in exchange for healing.

Carefully using your breath to relax the muscles in your legs and breathing in love and gratitude into your legs.

As you melt deeper and deeper into relaxation,

Just being thankful for having these legs.

Allowing you to move around,

Supporting you,

Carrying you,

Taking you anywhere you want to go.

Letting everything go as you breathe out and as you breathe in.

Breathing in gratitude and love for your legs just as they are right now.

Being grateful to have legs and to have feet.

Relaxing your mind using your breath and breathing out on the out breath.

Moving into a state of peace inside your physical body.

Moving your awareness up into the lower back and into your groin and deep in between the hips and below the belly button and imagining all of this area,

The lower pelvic floor and all the sexual reproductive organs within side,

The hips and your lower back consciously allowing this part of your body to relax.

Letting go very deeply,

Feeling all the internal organs,

Muscles and tendons becoming really loose and soft and melting away as you relax this part of your body.

Breathing in and breathing out very deeply and just feeling love and gratitude melt into this lower sacrum area.

This is your support,

The part of your physical body that holds you up.

It is your backbone where your strength,

Your courage and your connection comes from.

So breathing in deep self love and gratitude into this lower part of your body in exchange for healing and peace.

And consciously relaxing all the muscles around the lower back and letting go of any emotion that's being stored physically in the hips.

Just breathing it out and away from your space and breathing in gratitude,

Breathing in love.

But often when we are feeling scared or fearful or have excess worrisome thoughts running through our mind,

It gets stored within our hips,

Within our lower back.

You can use your mind and set the intention to let go,

To have peace and relaxation within your physical body right now.

And as you continue to breathe in very deeply,

Bringing your awareness up into the mid section of your abdomen,

All around your belly button and all the way up to the bottom of the rib cage.

Using your awareness to relax and let go of any tension,

Any pain or anything that's stored in this part of your body right now.

Breathing in very deeply and breathing out anything which no longer serves you on any level.

Feeling all of that mid section of the abdomen relaxing and melting deeper and deeper with each breath.

Telling your body that it's okay to relax,

Giving yourself permission to let go,

To release any blockages and exchange for complete health,

Wellbeing and nurturing your physical body.

Quite often when we're not trusting our gut,

Not following our gut instinct or not trusting in the flow of life,

We get blocked up in this section of our bodies,

Hindering our digestion and the flow of energy through our abdomen.

Using your breath to release any blockages in this area now and breathing in love and gratitude into your belly,

Deep into the core.

Being grateful for being you.

Being grateful for having this beautiful body that you have right now.

And continuing to move all the way up into the very centre of your chest,

Right in between the rib cage and in front of your spine.

And relaxing all of the muscles and the tendons and the organs throughout this top half of your torso.

As you breathe in very deeply and very slowly,

Connecting to this breath,

This life force.

Letting go of any tension in your upper back or in your neck and shoulders.

Letting go of any physical restraint or pain or worry that you are holding in this part of your body.

Let it go.

Breathe it out.

The more oxygen we have within our blood,

The less chance of dis-ease.

The more oxygen,

The healthier ourselves.

The deeper and purposeful breaths that you take are bringing and delivering that oxygen into your body.

More oxygen equals a healthier body.

More breaths equals calmness in the mind and a calm mind equals a healthy,

Functioning physical body.

Breathing in and letting go on the out-breath.

Relaxing deeply.

If you are holding on to any areas of grief or sadness or tension,

You may feel it in the upper part of your body,

In your chest or lungs or your upper middle back.

Set your own intention now to let go in exchange for health.

Keep cleansing breaths.

And as you continue to breathe in deeply,

Allow love and gratitude to penetrate into this part of your body.

Being grateful for having these lungs.

You are breathing on your own without a machine.

This part of your body is where we store the house of love,

The heart,

Our courage and our strength.

So breathing deeply and breathing in love and gratitude.

Being grateful for having this beautiful,

Perfect,

Healthy body right now.

Removing your awareness all the way up to the tops of your shoulders and in your neck around your throat area.

And feel relaxation melting down from your shoulders all the way down to the very tips of your fingers.

Feeling each muscle becoming loose and soft.

Letting go of any tension,

Any worry or strain.

Just letting it go through intention and through breath.

Feeling the top of the chest and all up through the neck and the very base of your skull.

Feeling everything relax.

As you breathe in you feel everything soften.

Giving yourself permission to let go.

Giving yourself permission to surrender to your own healing.

Quite often when we are holding back from expressing who we truly are or swallowing down our words of communication or any excess physical strain from too long in front of the computer or too long driving,

You will feel tension the tops of your shoulders and in your neck.

And you may even feel tension in your throat.

Sending your breath now to breathe out any tension in this part of your body.

From your throat all the way out through the arms and into the fingers.

And sending love and gratitude to all the top part of your body.

These hands that allow you to feel,

Express,

Connect.

These arms.

This neck and throat.

Filling it up with love and gratitude so that every single cell in your body is being bathed in loving,

Healing,

Gratitude.

Feeling lucky to have the health that you do.

Feeling lucky and grateful to have the body that you have.

And all of those parts that you don't like,

How they look or how they feel,

Send them extra love and gratitude.

Breathing in and out very deeply.

Feeling your whole body relax now.

And feeling every cell melt.

Beginning to love your physical body right now.

The more you love your body,

The kinder your body will be to you.

When we begin to recognise and understand the signs and symptoms of our physical body,

We can give ourselves exactly what we need as a sign of self love and self respect.

It may be as simple as drink more water.

Get some clean,

Fresh oxygen into your lungs.

Rest a little more.

Nourish your body through food and nutrition a little more consciously.

Whatever it is for you in this moment,

Allow your body's wisdom to share with you.

Be open to receiving.

Continuing to breathe very deeply and listening to the innate wisdom,

Healing messages of your body.

I invite you to bring all of your awareness into your face and your skull and your brain.

Just feeling your head,

Your entire head,

The bones and muscles and tendons,

Even your hair and eyelashes,

Your tongue and teeth.

Feeling everything relax,

Just let go.

Breathing in deeply and letting go on the out breath.

Letting go of any tension.

The more you let go,

The more the mind and the body are able to come back into balance.

To support and connect with each other on a deep level for your own healing,

Your own wellness.

Feeling all the facial muscles and the tendons and even the scalp of your head relax,

Melt.

Feel everything just melt as you breathe deeply so that your whole body from top to toe is relaxed now.

Fully relaxed.

And feeling that love and gratitude penetrate every single cell in your body now.

Including every strand of hair in between your toes,

Inside your ears,

Under your arms.

Feeling that love and gratitude just melt through your body.

This is your sacred vessel in which you carry yourself through your life.

Your body deserves to be treated with respect and love and trust.

As you bring in more and more oxygen into your body,

You give your body permission to relax,

To let go and to heal itself.

Your body is designed to heal itself.

It is a perfectly functioning chemical engineering machine.

It is designed to heal itself.

And this is what you are doing right now.

Allow your mind to heal your body.

Allow your body to heal itself.

Breathing deeply and asking your body for any messages or guidance or what it needs right now.

Be open to receive this guidance from your body.

And committed to giving your body the rest,

Repair and regeneration it deserves.

Every single cell,

Tissue and organ is working so hard right now to keep you alive.

To keep you healthy.

And just coming into gratitude and love once again for your own body.

Honouring its strength,

Its wisdom,

Its knowledge.

Breathing deeply.

As you connect in to your body's innate awareness.

Learning to love your physical body.

The more self love,

Self appreciation and self respect you hold within your physical body,

The stronger and more beautiful it appears on the outside.

Everything starts from within.

We need to learn to love our bodies no matter what.

Loving your physical body right now provides you with power and strength and freedom.

Just taking in some deep breaths in full gratitude for this amazing,

Powerful,

Strong and capable physical body you have.

We're going to bring all of this love and gratitude that's in every cell now.

We're going to bring it back as you come out of this meditation.

So that you can feel this love and gratitude is available to you in any given moment.

So gently wiggling your fingers and your toes.

Making any movements that your physical body desires to make as you slowly wake up.

Looking all the way back and opening up your eyes.

And promising to treat your physical body with exactly what it needs in a sign of respect and love.
