This practice is designed to bring your awareness to what is happening within your body and provide space for you to release whatever it is you are holding on to that is preventing you from optimal health and wellness. Releasing any blockages within our mind, body and spirit brings healing and transformation on all levels.

Getting into a comfortable and relaxed position.

Using your breath to let go and putting yourself into your own meditative state.

Breathing in and breathing out very deeply as you relax more and more and more.

When your mind wanders just come back to breath saying to yourself right now I am breathing in and right now I am breathing out and letting everything around you just disappear.

Any thoughts in your mind,

All the day's events,

Just letting it all go as you breathe in and breathe out deeply,

Slowly and effortlessly breathing.

Now I invite you to imagine that you're in a beautiful park.

There's no one else here,

Only you and you are safe.

And let these scenes unfold in your imagination.

Noticing the earth beneath your feet and the sky above you and in your mind's eye in your own visualization allow all the colours and the feeling of the park to illuminate around you.

Noticing the grass and noticing any particular trees or flowers or animals.

What colour are the flowers if there are any?

What type of trees are there?

What's happening in the sky?

Just observing here without any judgement.

Breathing in and breathing out very deeply as the scenes unfold clearly within your mind.

Observing the park around you,

Knowing that you are safe here.

There is no one else here,

Only you.

And feeling that connection to Mother Earth,

You are free to be yourself.

This is your inner healing sanctuary,

A place where you come to heal,

To rejuvenate and to cleanse your mind,

Your body and your spirit.

Deep cleansing breaths.

And as you are in this park and you are in a state of peace,

Staying in this park,

I invite you to scan your physical body starting from the very tips of your toes.

And I want you to scan for any areas of tension or pain or stress.

Just noticing where the blockages are in your physical body.

Noticing without any judgement,

Just bringing it into your awareness.

As you continue to breathe very deeply,

Staying connected to the healing power of nature in your park,

I invite you to delve in deeper.

Our body is giving us messages every single day.

It is speaking to us.

That's what signs and symptoms are.

They are our body's way of communicating to us so that we are able to give our body exactly what it needs in any given moment.

So any areas where you feel any blockage,

Pain,

Irritation,

Stress,

Tension,

However it feels within your body,

I want you to concentrate solely on that area.

And as you breathe in very deeply,

I want you to go deeper and deeper into your body's awareness.

Taking in some deep and cleansing breaths,

I invite you to go deeply into this space.

And just like you are walking into a big cave or a big room,

I want you to walk into that pain,

Into that tension,

And look around.

What does it feel like deep within?

Noticing any colours,

Any textures,

Any symbols.

Noticing without any judgement.

Deeply in the body's innate awareness.

How does it feel being in this space?

As you bring your awareness deeply into these parts of your body,

I invite you to see what emotion are you storing in your physical body.

What emotion can you feel in this part of your body?

It may be an old memory.

It may be anger or resentment or guilt or blame.

What are you holding on to on an emotional level that's being stored in your physical body right now?

Ask your body.

Ask the pain or the stress.

Whatever it is you're feeling,

Ask it.

What are you holding on to?

Why are you here?

What do you want me to know and understand?

Taking in deep breaths as you allow your body's wisdom to speak clearly to you.

When we hold on to any lower vibrations such as anger or resentment,

It is like taking poison and expecting someone else to suffer.

It only ends up hurting us.

And storing any unwanted emotion or any lower vibration in our physical body has the potential to create blockages on a physical level.

We are going to use our minds to heal our bodies by letting go of anything that your body is storing that it no longer needs.

Extracting all of the wisdom from the wounds in exchange for freedom and peace and wellness and health.

So I invite you now to go back to your park,

Connecting back into Mother Nature all around you.

And inside this park,

Just in front of you,

About a metre in front of you,

I want you to imagine a red ball like the size of a beach ball,

Visualising this red ball in front of you.

And now what we're going to do using your breath and your intention,

We're going to push this energy,

This pain or stress or tension or any unwanted emotion,

We're going to push it out of your body and into this red ball.

So taking in some deep breaths as you breathe in and then breathing out and push it out.

You do not need to hold on to this anymore.

It is safe for you to let go.

It is safe for you to release and breathing in and pushing it out again and watching that red ball getting deeper and darker and denser and stronger with each breath,

Breathing it out,

Using your breath and your intention to extract this energy from your body,

Moving everything into that red ball.

It is safe for you to let it go.

It is safe for you to release and getting everything out.

Keep breathing,

Breathing in deeply and pushing it out.

You do not need to hold on to this anymore.

We're extracting all the wisdom from the wounds and letting everything else go.

Any unwanted emotion that's storing in there,

Any unwanted thoughts or feelings,

Any self-negative beliefs,

Letting them all go,

Pushing everything,

Everything,

Everything into this red ball and watching that red ball getting bigger and stronger and denser with each breath.

It is safe for you to let go.

It is safe for you to relax.

Keep breathing,

Keep pushing,

Push it all through.

You do not want to hold on to this anymore.

We're removing the obstacles,

Removing the blockages in your body in exchange for freedom and love and wellness.

Keep breathing.

It is safe for you to let go.

It is safe for you to relax and watching that red ball getting bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger.

Keep breathing,

Using your breath to heal your body.

Push it out.

Nearly there.

Keep breathing deep breaths,

Removing anything which no longer serves,

Pushing all of the pain and the tension and the irritation and the frustration and whatever it is that you're feeling and experiencing in your mind and in your physical body.

Push it into that red ball.

Don't hold back,

Surrendering everything.

It is safe for you to let go.

It is safe for you to release.

Don't hold back.

And taking one last deep inhalation and then pushing it all out and watching that red ball getting even bigger and denser and thick.

Bringing your breath back to normal now and just observing that big red ball in front of you.

Notice the change in colour,

Perhaps in shape.

Just observing the heaviness and the density.

Realising that energy,

Whatever it is that was blocking you,

Is no longer within your body.

And as you continue to breathe deeply,

I want you to look at that red ball and I invite you to say the following words.

I love you.

I honour you and I let you go.

And taking in a deep breath and watching that red ball float up into the sky now.

Drifting off just like a big hot air balloon.

Getting smaller and smaller.

And as you breathe in,

You feel your body light and separate from the ball.

And as you breathe out,

You see it drifting off deeper and deeper into the horizon.

Going deeper and further away from you.

The further it travels,

The lighter you become until it's merely a pinprick on the horizon.

Breathing deeply.

And just coming back into your body and noticing any subtle changes after you release that energy,

Using your mind to heal your body.

Using the affirmation as you breathe in very deeply.

I accept peace.

I accept freedom.

I accept peace.

I accept freedom.

And as you breathe in,

Feeling that freedom and that peace floating around through your body.

Breathing in deeply and just melting in.

Melting in deeply to more peace and more freedom being cultivated in your mind,

Your body and your spirit.

And just becoming aware of this healing park,

This beautiful space in your mind's eye.

And just feeling nature surrounding you.

Breathing deeply.

And I invite you to go down into the center of your chest,

Into your heart space.

And just opening up this heart space.

Just like a beautiful lotus flower,

Opening up its petals to the sky.

You feel your heart opening up to your own healing for your own journey.

And just sitting here for a moment,

Allowing any messages from your heart,

From your spirit to come through.

Having an open mind to receive and accept your own inner guidance right now.

What does your spirit want you to know?

What is your message for today?

Deep cleansing breaths,

Opening up to receive the wisdom and knowledge within you.

And just coming into a space of gratitude for everything you have in your life,

All that you are grateful for.

Feeling all of those things open up your heart more and more.

We're going to take this yummy,

Juicy,

Grateful energy that you've cultivated here and allow it to resonate down into every part of your physical body.

Taking in some last deep breaths as you slowly start to wake up your physical body.

Keeping your eyes closed and gently wiggling your fingers and your toes.

Bringing your awareness back into your room,

Back into where you are.

And bringing all of the wisdom from within you as you gently begin to wake up.

Balanced and whole in your mind,

Your body and your spirit.

And breathing into this new space of peace and freedom always.
