I am a zealot for allowing children a healthy start through nutrient dense foods. Today, I’m on the board of Cooking Matters Colorado, an organization for underserved families that provides nutrition and food skills training. My husband and I support other foundations and organizations that focus on nutrition and the well-being of children. Meditation is one of my greatest allies.
