Kate's work draws on two decades of training in mindfulness and self-compassion, and she has guided learners from around the world to feel more settled, resilient and at home in themselves. She founded and now leads her company's in-house resilience programme which she created to help people soften the impact of stress and feel more able to navigate the pressures of modern life.
