In this reading, I explore the idea that we all have a unique form of genius inside of us and how different the world would look if we all knew how to tap into it. Can we dare to dream that our world could be better? Can we all take responsibility for our own healing and stop projecting our pain onto the world? Can we envision a better way of living and being on Earth with one another? And if we can envision it and know what it would take to get there, can't it happen?

I've often wondered what the world would be like if every person could be connected to and living their truth.

If every person was tapped into their strengths and knew how to live a life most aligned for who they really are.

I believe every person has genius inside of them and it's up to each of us to bring it out and live it.

And it will look different for every person.

Your own genius just means you're doing what you are meant to do.

You are doing what comes easily to you and you're allowing it to flow out of you.

And if we do this,

If every person is connected to their genius,

The world we live in would be a reflection of that genius connection that we're all bringing forth.

Can you imagine it?

It's hard to because we've never seen anything close to it.

I believe many of us are stuck in jobs,

Relationships,

Or entire lives that aren't who we really are.

We're stuck in things that are not our genius or what we are best at.

But what if we could focus on what does work for us?

What does flow easily for us?

What comes naturally to us?

Can we stop thinking?

It has to be so hard.

Can't we focus on what comes easily?

Can we stop forcing things from the ego mind and allow ourselves to thrive doing things that come naturally and being who we really are,

Truly are,

At a soul level truth?

Can you imagine the new world that would be created if this is how we all existed?

Can we start sharing this with kids in school?

And maybe we already are.

I don't have children,

So I don't really know what they're being taught now,

But I don't really feel like this was a intention or a priority when I was in school.

If it were,

My life would have looked a lot different.

I would have been able to be living my truth,

Living my genius a lot sooner if I had guides and teachers to show me how to tap into it.

So can we stop telling our youth that they need to change to fit in or they need to find some logical way to make money?

Right?

That's what we've been told.

That's been the programming for a very long time.

Can we help every person embrace the truth of their soul?

There's a dream inside every soul,

A true dream,

Not a manufactured dream or a dream from the ego or a dream that got formed from nurture or conditioning,

But a dream that was already in place when we were born,

Before the ways of the world got ahold of us.

That dream is who we really are.

It's what we are capable of and it's what will come easily to us.

So can we tap into it?

How do we find it?

How do we trust that it's true even if we think we found it?

Maybe we just have to try,

Knowing we can't really fail because in trying we will eventually find our flow and our genius will be thriving outside of us.

What would it look like to be completely and utterly you?

With no apologies,

I do believe we are shaped and influenced by our surroundings and the things we experience in life as we grow.

And I also believe there is a soul essence to every person that also exists and that wants to come out and be seen.

What if you let that part of you out?

What if you just tried it?

What would that look like for you?

How can you let more of you into the world?

What parts do you keep locked away?

What if you knew it was safe and very needed that we all let those parts of us out?

Can we live our truth out in the open?

Can we live out loud?

Can we let go of the thoughts that tell us we need to stay hidden?

What if there truly is a better way to do life?

What if our planet,

Our systems,

Our structures,

Our government,

Our people,

What if it can all be better?

What if it's time for an update,

An upgrade,

And we don't know what's on the other side?

We know what we have now and many of us can admit that it isn't working very well,

That we've dug ourselves into a big hole,

And the future for humanity appears to be a bit gloomy.

But what if it all had to break so it could be rebuilt?

And it's the unknown.

We don't know what the world would be like any other way than what we've seen.

But can't we dare to imagine that it could be great?

That we could all do better?

What if we had leaders that weren't corrupt?

What if we had leadership that was inspiring and based in truth and fairness?

What if our leaders were made up of people that were truly connected to their genius,

That were meant for the role,

For all the right reasons?

What if we had more empathy,

Kindness,

And understanding as the foundation of our existence that filtered through every part of life and every layer?

What if instead of people gossiping and talking about other people,

They use their energy for creativity,

Love,

Truth,

And peace?

What if every person was tapped into their genius and was thriving?

Can you imagine what humans would spend their time talking about and doing if they weren't weighed down by their lower level selves?

What would be invented if that were true?

What are humans really capable of doing when they're tapped into their truth and at their best?

If everyone took responsibility for their own growth and healing,

Couldn't we get there?

If everyone knew that we're all in this together,

We've all had shitty things happen to us,

And we can all heal from the past,

We all need to stop taking our pain out on other people in the form of impatience and judgment,

Violence,

Hate,

And aggression.

We heal ourselves and we heal the world.

It is so sad when you can see where all the unnecessary violence and hate comes from.

It's driven by the pain inside of another.

When someone is healed and peaceful inside,

They do not create pain outside of them.

The story of Adolf Hitler is such a great example of how much destruction and unnecessary suffering and truly fucked upness that can be created by one person's pain.

And we live in a world that perpetuates this,

That says,

Oh,

That's okay.

These things just happen.

And it's just the world we live in.

And so it keeps happening.

But the solution is so simple in theory.

If you heal yourself,

If you take responsibility for your own healing,

If you stop blaming others,

We all have pain and struggle.

Just stop sending it outward.

It just perpetuates the cycle and we all suffer more.

We can help each other.

We can all understand that everyone has their own form of pain.

No one gets a free ticket here.

Part of this journey is about the pain,

Is about the struggle.

It is a part of it.

No one was going to get out of it.

We all come here with our own version of struggle to move through,

To transcend,

To evolve out of.

It's not something to be a victim in.

It's something to rise above.

It doesn't matter who you are or how much money you have.

Everyone has their own form of pain.

So let's remember this and choose to see others as our brothers and sisters on earth.

We don't have to create so much separation between ourselves and others.

It doesn't need to exist.

There's no reason that separation needs to exist.

I really hope that we can all see that separation was created by powers that did not want us to thrive because that's how you keep people small is you keep them scared and you keep them separate.

And that's what's happened to us,

Guys.

And it sucks.

It's really strange.

It's a really weird thing that developed,

But we can be bigger than that.

We don't have to keep falling for it.

My God,

The people you see as strangers don't have to be strangers.

We can see others as fellow humans doing their best just like we are.

I wish your message could be shouted from the top of the world. Oh all that fucked-upness.

Loved this talk - so important and also lots of hope and possibilities since it starts with ourselves, each one of us. If we can change, step by step, we can save the planet - as a clever person said: there is no planet B! We need to work together to solve the complex challenges we see in the world today. We are literally in the same boat. But then my negativity bias steps in from the back of my mind: you cannot change other people, since change must happen from within. But my hopeful side replies, let’s trust that it will work 🙏☀️🧘🏼‍♀️
