Today on Beautiful Life,

Winter's coming.

Winter is a time of turning inward,

Cocooning,

Slowing things down.

It makes sense,

Right?

It is usually colder,

And we tend to stay inside more,

Interact less with others,

Maybe read more,

Eat more,

And possibly take stock of our lives a bit more.

We go into New Year's with a plan.

At this time of year,

We are challenged to set an intention for our life for the coming year.

New Year's resolutions,

New goals,

A one word,

A bucket list item to be achieved.

Our minds begin to see the possibility of living a bit differently,

Or achieving something we have never before been able to do.

It is truly a time of reflection and planning.

Today I'd like to teach you a meditation that will help you truly realize your dreams or goals for this new year.

As you know,

I believe meditation is a powerful practice to increase calm,

Focus,

And emotional regulation.

It is also a mega force in helping to manifest life goals.

So let's begin.

The first part will be to relax your entire body.

Start with focusing on the top of your head and relaxing this area.

Then move down to your forehead,

Your face,

And the back of your head.

Move this sense of relaxation down into your shoulders,

Arms,

Hands,

And into your torso,

Your legs,

Into your feet and your toes.

Begin your entire body from head to toe,

Relaxing any tense areas.

Do this visualization for relaxing your entire body for the next several minutes.

Land Titan Mouth you you you you now the second part we will be focusing on your breath focus your attention on the breath as it comes in and out of your nostrils what do you feel what do you notice you breathe in and out normally but focus your mind on all of the sensations you feel this should take about five minutes you you you you you you you you you you you you you now the third part of our meditation is opening your heart for five minutes repeat silently to yourself the following my heart is open I open my heart I am good I do good I am loved my heart is open I open my heart I am good I do good I am loved when we do this type of heart opening meditation which can make us feel more relaxed calm and open changes occur in the brain which allows us to be more focused calmer and also boosts our immune system so for the next five minutes simply repeat my heart is open I open my heart I am good I do good and I am loved you you you you you you you you you you the fourth and final section of our meditation is manifesting think of one goal you have for your life this year your goal can be anything more money to pursue a career you've dreamed about to fall in love anything you want close your eyes imagine what your life would look like if this goal were already accomplished if your eyes were open with the skull having happened what would you see what colors and shapes where are you what are you wearing who is with you stay with the symmetry it might be hard at first but if you'd stick with this meditation over time the details will start to fill out you stay with this imagery for the next five minutes
