Providing them with the safety and comfort of growing and developing in your womb free from the external noise Let's first release any judgement,

Any guilt.

Start to feel into your body slowly sinking inwards allowing the external world to fade away.
As you connect in with your baby growing inside your womb.
Safe and nourished.
You may want to place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.
Feeling the connection of your hands on your baby.
Feeling the rhythmic heartbeat.
That comforts your little ones.
All your attention.
And into your body.
Into your heart.
Into your belly.
Pulling any energy.
That belongs to you.
From Baby.
Letting them know.
That you will process it.
That you will learn from it.
That you will heal from it.
Letting baby know that it is not their responsibility.
To heal for you.
Letting them know that they're only job right now.
Is to grow.
And form.
Into a beautiful healthy baby.
Ready and excited.
Come outside.
Because they are coming into us safe and welcoming.
And loving environment.
In their own energy.
Visualize surrounding baby in a beautiful bubble of bright white light.
This shields and protects them from any external influence and energy.
That does not serve their highest good.
Of developing into a healthy sovereign this beautiful bright light bubble.
Regulates their developing nervous system.
Find safety.
And comfort.
And let us bring in the energy of safety whatever that feels like to you in this moment.
Soak in it.
Surround yourself in it.
Let it penetrate your cells and create that environment for babies.
