Ensure that you are free from all distractions.

Settle into a comfortable position,

Whatever that may be,

And you're free to move.

So if you're feeling sensations,

If you're feeling energy move through the body and you're compelled to shake,

To stretch,

To wiggle,

To yawn,

Whatever it is,

Allow yourself to do so because it's this energy shifting and transmuting.

My intention is that you each receive exactly what you need in this moment,

Whatever that may be,

Always of your highest good and of your highest potential,

That is limitless.

What's more powerful than knowing yourself and then living,

Being as your true self every day.

It's not something that's a possibility in the future,

It's literally right now jump into your new paradigm and just bring attention to your breath.

You're not trying to change your breath,

You're just becoming aware.

Notice if there's any tension or holding in the body and as you bring your awareness to what you're currently experiencing,

Free from attachment,

Free from judgment,

You're an observer of your own sensations.

As you bring attention to your experience you may start to notice that your breath naturally forms into the rhythmic inhale and exhale.

You may begin to notice that your body is softening as you sink deeper inwards,

Allowing the surface beneath you to cradle you,

To support you.

Moving further into your own experience,

Opening up to release and opening up to receive on all timelines,

Lifelines,

Realities and dimensions past,

Present and future.

Your only role during this experience is to feel and breathe encasing each and every one in beautiful divine crystalline white light head to toe,

Front to back,

Shield and support and anything and everything that is transmitted during this experience will be permanently cleared in this light.

Again all timelines,

Lifelines,

Realities and dimensions past,

Present and future and this is permanently.

Calling in light beams of 100% love and light here to guide,

Assist and support,

Elevate,

Create harmony and security within.

Show me the higher levels.

Higher.

Surrounding you all in a semicircle now.

Allowing your energies to resonate with one another,

Allowing them to permeate into your energetic field and they're actually entering your soul,

Accessing the innate you,

The authentic you and there's an opening of any barriers self-imposed or externally imposed that have been shielding,

Hiding your true essence.

These high-level light beams are just very gently lifting those barriers away,

Exposing your soul,

Just very gently to begin with,

Just allowing them to work on you with such loving care and tenderness,

Softening the back of the shoulders,

Just relinquishing any need or desire to control the outcome.

There is a vulnerability in exposing your soul like this.

Feel deeply within yourself the safety,

The tenderness and the unconditional love.

It's about being seen in all your glory,

In all your power and confidence too.

Okay I'm just moving into the solar plexus here and just transmuting old versions of identity of who you thought you needed to be in order to get X,

Y and Zed or whatever it is.

It doesn't matter the whys at this point,

It is simply transmuting that density and any entities or low vibrational frequencies including implants that have attached themselves to this false sense of identity present,

Hidden ones as well,

Removing any scarring,

Old ego wounds.

These weren't aligned with your true self anyway but they have made an imprint and have given you false evidence on why you should shut down,

Mask,

Shield,

Hide your own abilities,

Your own power,

Your own authentic true self.

Transmute.

Just realigning that chakra,

Balancing it out and realigning the pathways to the sacral and to the heart,

Anchoring that energy down through the root chakra,

Down the soles of the feet,

Through your earth chakras and wrapping down and around Mother Earth's womb,

Holding you in,

Anchoring into your sense of stability and safety to walk in true integrity,

Aligned in your authentic self,

Your authentic living and embodying your core values on this current time-space reality.

Moving up to the heart space and like opening French doors we are opening your heart,

Opening your heart to give,

Opening your heart to receive.

It is here where you will discover your core values and these of course can change,

You change as you evolve and you level up.

Who do you want to be?

And how do you want to be seen?

Dealing with the disempowerment.

Show me all that prevents us from identifying with our authentic self and then actually living that way and aligning and receiving all that we deserve and all that we desire.

Present.

Yeah,

Implant show.

Cloaking,

To the fire flame,

It's releasing all of that energy,

All of the cloaking,

All of the devices that keep us from realizing our true potential,

Embodying and living in our truth.

Transmute fear tactics,

Mind control,

Manipulation.

Okay,

Bringing in a vortex of that extremely high vibe,

Crystalline white light,

Spinning it faster,

Faster,

Moving through your blueprint,

Through the different layers of your auric field,

Cleansing,

Transmuting,

Dismantling that old dense 3d paradigm of scarcity,

Of lack,

Of fear,

Disempowerment and division.

Any timelines,

Lifelines,

Realities or dimensions,

Past,

Present and future.

We do not consent to this archaic paradigm.

Moving down through the crown,

Cleansing all the different aspects and layers of your physical,

Mental,

Emotional,

Spiritual,

Energetic being.

Clearing out that third eye,

The pineal,

Ensuring that those pathways are clear and connected.

Down through the throat,

Higher heart,

Heart.

Opening up that diaphragm,

Expanding your breath.

When you expand your breath,

You breathe deeper,

You breathe in fresh breath,

Fresh energy,

Fresh life.

More expansive,

Taking up space,

Allowing your soul to really open up and take up that space,

Being safe and being seen in all your power,

All your true essence.

Through the solar plexus,

Clearing out anybody else's perceptions of you,

Projections.

Through the sacral,

Really expanding that creative center.

Again,

Taking up space,

Your true essence is taking up space and anchoring all of that down into the root chakra,

Safe.

This is a new energy,

This is a new timeline.

We're stepping away from the old,

We're stepping away and we have cleared the wounds.

It is time to step onto the new paradigm with the new energy,

With the soul open and you keep moving forward.

Who are you?

Who am I?

Anchoring in this knowing,

This awareness,

This truth.

Placing one hand on the front of the heart and one hand on the back of the heart,

Infusing you with your truth.

It's so simple being you,

So natural,

So easy.

My natural state is powerful.

My natural state is being seen.

Coming back down into your body,

Allowing all that you have experienced to permeate,

Integrate and solidify in your highest good.

Your thighs.

Wiggle your hips,

Releasing any excess tension.

Your body,

Your energy.

Fill your lungs with fresh breath,

With fresh energy.

Expand your breath down into your torso,

Filling out your belly,

Taking up space.

Your body,

Your energy.

Massage your hands,

Your forearms,

Your upper arms,

Shrug your shoulders.

This is your body,

Your energy.

Scrunch your face up,

Rotate your neck.

If you haven't already,

Very slowly open up your eyes and just look into each corner of the room that you are in.

You are safe and you are sovereign in this current time space reality.

But you are new.

You are you.

Your true essence is being seen,

Is being felt,

Is being experienced.

And it's normal.

It's easy.

It's true.
