You have walked through the fire,
Shedding a version of you and re-emerging as the divine mother to your baby.
Your baby is Earthside.
We are still straddling these two realms,
Earthside and the Cosmos,
And as time goes on in your individual divine timing,
You and baby will be able to process your experience.

Let's land gently and safely into this beautiful reality that you have created for you and your family.
Let's land on this Earth and this reality where we have all chosen,
Allowing us to set up an energetic foundation of stability,
Of safety,
Of love.
You settle into your version of a comfortable position,
You may be holding baby,
Baby may be resting next to you,
You may be feeding,
It's all as it's meant to be.
And just bring attention to how you are currently feeling,
The sensations in your body,
Openness,
Tenderness,
Just your current experience.
If any emotions arise,
Thoughts or memories from your birth or from elsewhere,
Just allow them to present coming up to the surface,
Tenderly,
Lovingly witnessing them and allowing the energy to move,
Bringing your attention to your breath now and you're not trying to change it,
You're just becoming aware of how you're currently breathing,

Allowing space for only you and what is in your highest good and extending that beautiful gold light around your baby again,

This crystalline gold light is strengthening both yours and your tears,
Wounds,
Strengthening both your auric fields for optimal health,

These light beings are of a particular frequency,
They are the guides,
The overseers,
The higher levels of your beautiful baby,
They're here to assist in the integration of this beautiful soul into this beautiful human body,
Just as your guides did for you when you came earthside,
Coming down gently now and just surrounding you and baby in a semi-circle and just know that their energies of pure intention and love are resonating with you and your baby,
To ground your baby's soul into their body and also to ground your motherhood to this baby into your body,
So even though this frequency is of a very high and light vibration,
Anchoring it down into your bodies,
With your next exhale we're going to continue to drop down,
Down through the soles of your feet,
Like beautiful tree roots connecting down into the womb of mother earth and anchoring your beautiful baby's energy there also,
Allowing her safety,
Her wisdom,
Her knowledge of any tension,
Stagnation,
Insecurity,
Allowing yours and your baby's energy remaining deep into the soul of mother earth,

Sending that breath down into your belly,
Expanding that energy out and watching your baby do the same,

Your forearms,
