Welcome to this Qigong meditation practice,

Where we will focus on affirmations to help you connect with the energy and wisdom within yourself.

Qigong is an ancient practice that involves moving,

Meditation,

Deep breathing,

And visualization techniques to balance your mind,

Your body,

And your spirit.

It is based on the principle that everything is energy,

And through Qigong,

We can cultivate and balance this energy within us.

During this practice,

We will be using Qigong affirmations to bring awareness to our bodies,

To calm our minds,

And cultivate a sense of inner peace and harmony.

These affirmations are positive statements that can help you shift your mindset and bring a greater sense of ease and joy into your life.

As you move through each Qigong movement and breath,

I invite you to repeat these affirmations silently to yourself,

Allowing them to sink deeply into your consciousness.

You may also simply listen and invite these affirmations into your spirit.

Notice that through the practice of Qigong and meditation,

You will access your inner wisdom and intuition,

And connect with the universal energy that flows through all things.

When you are ready,

Take a deep breath in,

And let it out,

Allowing yourself to become fully present in this moment.
