Simply becoming aware of your body and your breath.

Breathing in and breathing out effortlessly.

Just allowing everything to be exactly as it is with no need to change anything.

Accepting yourself as you are from moment to moment.

The way your body feels sitting,

The size and shape of your body.

Observing the space that your body takes up in the room.

An awareness of the energy within and also around the body.

Just allowing the breath to constantly flow in and out.

Always present anchor.

Allowing you to tune in to the present moment at any time.

How is the body feeling for you in this moment?

You may have an awareness of the whole body as it sits and breathes.

You may be drawn to one area of the body in particular and with no judgement,

No story,

No thinking around it.

Just allow it to be as it is.

No need to do anything.

No need to adjust,

Control.

There's no trying,

No seeking.

Simply watching and being.

How easy it is,

How effortless to simply accept yourself as you are in this moment and in this one and in this.

Drawing in some slightly deeper breaths now.

All the way down into the belly.

Filling up the tummy like a balloon and releasing with the out breath.

Notice how the body softens as you let go.

Drawing in beautiful positive energy for the day ahead and trying to stay with this sense of awareness of the present moment and allowing your body to be as it is.
