Reiki-Infused Heart Space Expansion

Receive unconditional, pure love energy from Usui Reiki, the Universe and Mother Earth in this beautiful guided meditation. You will be topped up fully and from that place you are able to radiate out that same pure unconditional love from the heart space.

Thank you for joining me for this meditation.

We're going to be expanding our light from our heart space and sending love to all of the cells in our body and way beyond.

And as we do this I will also be sending you Reiki,

Unconditional love.

So feel that energy arriving in your body at the same time.

I'll talk you through this.

So just finding a space where you're comfortable,

Where you won't be disturbed and settling in for your meditation.

Feeling the floor beneath the body whether you're sitting on a chair or on the floor.

You can also do this lying in bed,

Feeling the support of the earth beneath you.

And tuning into your breath.

A little bit like a plane flying into land and just arriving in your body,

Letting go of what's been happening in the moments before and letting go of expectation of what the next few minutes will hold for you.

And also letting go of the future,

Any plans that you might have coming up.

Just allowing yourself to be here.

Tuning into the breath,

Drawing in some nice big deep breaths in through the nose.

And long breaths out.

Squeezing that stale air out of the lungs.

Inhaling again fully as if you're filling up the whole body,

The abdomen,

The ribs,

The head,

The shoulders.

Filling it up with positive energy,

That lovely oxygen flooding the system.

And releasing fully,

Letting go,

Softening with the out-breath.

Allowing the breath to return to normal.

Visualising the whole body sitting or lying down.

And becoming aware of the area above the crown of the head.

Visualising a huge beam of sunlight shining down from way up above.

This is your connection to the cosmos.

Streaming down through the crown of the head.

All the way down into the heart space.

Cleansing,

Clearing.

And connecting in with the earth beneath you.

So from the center of the heart,

Connecting in with the earth beneath you.

Cleansing,

Clearing.

And connecting in with the earth beneath you.

So from the sacral chakra,

Sending your cord of energy down through the root,

Down through the soil,

The rocks,

Underground rivers,

Down,

Down,

Down.

Down,

Down,

Down.

Into the center of the earth.

Feeling grounded,

Supported,

Nourished and nurtured by Mother Earth.

And feeling that beautiful energy flooding your system up through the root,

All the way into your heart space.

And becoming aware of your safe space around your body,

Your aura and your energy field.

So this might be a pyramid shape.

It might be more like a bubble.

Just visualising that now.

As you practice more,

You may feel it expanding as your body expands.

Energy gets bigger,

Your frequency increases.

We're all vibration,

We're all energy.

And we will benefit from clearing this energy as much as possible,

As frequently as possible.

Tuning into this beautiful,

Unconditional love that flows through the crown and from the earth.

Becoming aware now of your heart space.

And as you do this,

Begin to feel the Reiki energy,

The universal life force healing energy that I am beaming into your heart space and into your whole body.

Sending you love and healing for your highest good and the highest good of all.

Feel that begin to flood your system.

And becoming aware of a little speck of shining light within your heart space.

It might be bigger than a speck,

It might be quite big,

Quite large,

Shining,

It might have a colour.

Visualising that begin to expand as you receive the Reiki energy,

As you receive the energy from the cosmos,

From Mother Earth,

Begins to expand,

To fill the whole of the heart space.

Breathe into that beautiful,

Unconditional love energy.

Feel its warmth like liquid gold.

Extending now beyond the chest,

Out into every cell of your body,

All the way to the top of your head,

Tips of your fingers,

Every single bone down the spine,

Into your legs,

Your feet and toes.

So that your whole body feels like it's shining,

Beaming out.

Feel that energy begin to extend beyond the physical body,

Out into your auric field.

Feel that energy begin to extend beyond the physical body,

Out into your auric field,

In every direction.

Through the top of the head,

Out into the sky,

The air around you.

From the front of the body,

Radiating out,

Filling the room,

Out into the road.

Extending beyond the back of the body,

Through walls,

Through fields,

Down into the earth,

Every single direction,

Beaming out this universal love and light energy.

And it's never ending,

It's constantly expanding.

And if it feels right for you,

You can begin to visualise your loved ones,

Friends,

Family,

Picture them in their homes,

In their cars,

In their cars,

In their cars,

In their cars,

Beyond maybe visualising across oceans,

Across continents,

Notice how good it makes you feel sending out this unconditional love.

It doesn't deplete you,

You don't feel tired,

It energises.

Because this is what it is to receive and to give out unconditional love.

This is what we are truly at our core.

And this is what you're feeling now,

This beautiful,

Simple,

Joyful,

Peaceful,

Unconditional,

Pure love.

I'm beginning to draw your awareness back a little closer to home now,

To the room that you are in,

Back into your body,

An awareness of your protective bubble or pyramid around you,

Feeling the connection of the earth beneath your body,

The size and shape that you are.

Drawing in some nice big deep breaths to ground you back in again.

Knowing that this light is always in you,

And at any point you can choose to connect with it.

If you feel you need some strength or others need some strength to be sent to them,

This is the basis of Reiki distance healing.
