Forgiveness Meditation

Connect with your heart center to come into the vibration of forgiveness. Allow forgiveness to radiate outwards, and then fill yourself with high frequency, divine light. Remember the benefit that we receive as we forgive - it's not just about relieving those whom we are forgiving. When we decide to forgive we are releasing ourselves! We are choosing to embody a higher frequency by no longer holding onto lower thought-forms which come with anger, shame, embarrassment, etc.

Sit upright with a nice straight spine.

Allow your gaze to be gently lifted into the top half of the eye sockets.

Allow the hands to be gently resting at the junction of thigh and abdomen.

Allow yourself to be completely present in this moment.

Bring your awareness to the breath.

And let's do equal count inhalations and exhalations holding the breath in between.

We'll use a five count.

Inhale hold.

Exhale do this through the nose.

Inhale through the nose.

Hold.

Exhale through the nose.

Inhale hold.

Exhale.

Inhale hold.

Exhale hold.

Exhale.

Once more inhale.

Hold.

Exhale.

And then let go of the breath.

If your gaze has dropped just gently lift it back up.

Avoid focusing too much on the eye placement but do check in from time to time and lift it back up.

If it's fallen again feeling yourself fully present and take a moment to invite in higher consciousness invite source God whatever resonates whatever word resonates.

Invite in the highest light to assist in this meditation and feeling that presence with you.

Feeling it around you.

You may even feel that it is draped over you.

This presence of light and you are meditating in it.

Come into your heart your energetic heart in the center of the chest in the spine and just feel into that space bringing all of your relaxed awareness there into the center of the chest.

No pressure to analyze what you feel.

Just tune into it the sensation.

Maybe you experience it as a color and maybe you don't quite know if you perceive anything at all and that is completely valid.

In that case allow yourself to imagine what it could feel like if you were able to perceive energy here in the center of your chest.

Perhaps it would be a swirling feeling.

Maybe it would feel warm or uplifting.

Maybe you would see it as a sphere of green or pink translucent light.

Just allow yourself to connect to your heart center and stay relaxed and feel the calmness in the heart.

And bring into the heart forgiveness.

The word,

The feeling,

The vibration.

Really bringing the awareness to the heart and cultivating a sense of forgiveness.

No story.

We're not going into the story of what we feel we need to forgive.

This is getting into the feeling,

Being,

Forgiveness.

Feeling in the heart forgiveness.

Feeling forgiveness building,

Accumulating and amplifying in your heart center forgiveness.

Feeling now that forgiveness,

That vibration radiating from the center of the heart outward in all directions in front of you,

Behind you,

To the left,

To the right,

Above you,

Below you.

Just raise a forgiveness radiating from you and clearing your being.

Letting those rays of forgiveness radiate and cleanse you and purify.

Just feel yourself as forgiveness and so it is.

Feel the clearing as you prepare for new light,

New frequency,

Higher frequency,

Making room,

Clearing out forgiveness.

I am forgiveness.

It radiates from my heart through my being and it ripples on to everyone whom I meet.

Forgiveness in this moment.

I am forgiveness.

So it is.

And now feel beautiful golden high frequency divine light pouring down from above.

Feel the assistance from the higher realms pouring this high frequency divine light onto you,

Into you,

Allowing it to fill up your container.

All of the forgiveness that has made room for this beautiful light for the greatest and highest good.

So it is.

Feel yourself opening and receiving.

Exist.

And when you're ready,

Bring your awareness back to the heart,

Bringing the palms together in front of the heart in Namaste Mudra.

Expressing gratitude and love for the divine assistance received and requesting,

Intending that these energies continue to work through you.
