Find yourself in a comfortable seated position.
Allow your gaze to be gently lifted a little bit above the horizon behind closed eyes.
Breathe slowly and deeply into your belly and allow yourself to be completely present,
Letting go of the past and the future.
Allow your feet and your legs to relax deeply.
Feel into your hips and allow complete deep relaxation.
Feel the breath moving your abdomen,
Inhaling and allowing the belly to extend outward as it fills with breath.
And as you slowly exhale,
The abdomen moves back toward the spine.
And allow these deeply moving breaths to signal to your body,
All is well.
In this moment,
All is well.
Feel into your chest,
Your heart and lungs and let them all relax deeply.
Feel your back relax.
Let your shoulders melt.
The arms and the hands relaxing deeper.
Your neck,
Your face,
Brain and scalp all relax deeply.
Let's do a slow inhale to the count of five.
Hold the breath for five,
Release for five and hold the breath again for five.
We'll do a few rounds of this to reset the nervous system.

Feel inside your body come into awareness of the deepest part of you.
Connecting with this eternal spark within you.
Eternal beyond the physical body,
Beyond the thoughts,
Beyond the ever-changing emotions.
This eternal ever-present awareness of which you truly are.
And become aware of the space around your body.
You may know this as your aura,
The energy around your physical body that is still you.
Bring your awareness just outside the body.
Just feeling into the space just in front of you and just behind you.
To the right and to the left,
Above and below.
And feel or picture or imagine golden light shining down from above.
Staring right down and filling the space all around your body.
Filling your aura with beautiful golden light.
Purifying the space around you.
Allowing you to release anything no longer serving.
Just feel this light dancing around your skin.
Strengthening your aura.
And feel your physical body becoming more permeable.
All of your cells opening and receiving and allowing this light to come into the physical body.
Your entire body filling with golden light.
Letting it come deeply into every cell.
Right down into all of your organs,
Into your blood stream.
Your whole body illuminating inside and out.
Feel this light.
Feel your body responding to this light at the cellular level.
Letting it come into every cell.
And now take a couple of deep breaths.
You can wiggle your fingers and toes gently and bring your palms together in front of your heart center expressing inwardly gratitude for this light for the present moment.
