Sit up straight keep your gaze gently lifted breathe deeply down into the belly slow full breath going down into the hips and exhale upward breathe again inhale down into the tummy feeling the belly expand outward breathing down into the hips feel the fullness of the breath and release the breath bringing the abdomen back toward the spine as you exhale all the breath once more nice big breath filling the belly letting it expand outward going down into the hips exhaling releasing pulling the abdomen back to the spine now breathe normally and bring your awareness to this now moment allow yourself to be fully present bring your awareness into the center of the heart feel yourself there in the heart feel your heartbeat connect with the sensation of the heartbeat and now bring your awareness to the flow of breath without controlling the breath just be in the flow let all of your awareness be on the flow of breath feel yourself as the breath now bring your awareness deeper within the body journeying deeper into your core and perceive the energy that circulates through the body feel the vibration of the cells the subtle resonance flowing through the body allow yourself to be attuned to yourself at the vibratory level and when you're ready gently open your eyes
