As you settle into an intentional seat and let the eyes close,

We'll move into this glimpse practice to reunite with the Hara perspective freshly.

It's a three-step process that we might use to glimpse the subtle dimensions of how and where we're existing now.

So the first step is to just hit the pause button.

Pause for now your thoughts about reality.

Pause for now your trajectory through this day,

The comings and the goings.

Give yourself a chance to catch up with where you are right now.

As you descend back down to the Hara.

Know that you might live in this moment in direct experience with this hidden spring that consciously or subconsciously might sustain us and shape us and guide us.

The second step is once you've paused to live directly in the Hara,

Then you might soften around that space,

Whatever is there.

Expelling is not the expelling of tension.

It's a mere recognition of being able to rest or host in a soft way.

In English,

The term might be allowance.

Just allowing what's here.

So we're not trying to shift things if there's features of experience that are hard or heavy or tense.

When we relax,

We're not condemning or exiling the gripping.

We're not even trying to soften the hardness.

We're just learning to host it softly.

You'll feel that distinction.

Not a forced relaxation,

A softening around any regions or any parts that aren't relaxed and learning to hold them in a wide,

Warm way.

So softening might be the whole energetic body spreading from the center.

Lastly we connect.

Dropping in to the immediacy of this fresh moment.

Meeting it directly with interest,

Clarity,

This vivid touch of the pulse of reality.

And embracing the way in which connecting might realign us to be more resourced or to have more access to our whole selves.

Therefore,

Recall your inspiration and aspiration and resolve to make use of every fresh moment to realize them.

Come into a child's pose.
