Good morning.

Welcome to this beautiful new day.

To start,

Let's take some nice deep breaths.

To help ourselves come back to this physical body,

Give ourselves a moment of clarity.

Connect in to see how your breath feels.

Can you become more spacious with your breath?

Now with this spacious feeling,

Let's start our morning off in the vibration of gratitude.

We are going to say three things we are grateful for.

I will lead you by saying,

I am grateful for,

And you fill in the blank.

What you're grateful for could be anything that is going to happen today,

What happened yesterday,

A constant in your life,

Or something new that comes to you.

There is no right or wrong with this.

So freely flowing,

Just say what comes to you through your intuition.

Another deep breath.

This time,

Let's take a deep breath in through our nose,

Hold,

And then exhale.

Ready?

In through the nose,

Hold,

And exhale out through the mouth.

I am grateful for.

I am grateful for.

I am grateful for.

I hope finding those three things came to you with ease.

You now go forward into this beautiful day in the vibration of gratitude.

I hope you continue to do this at your own pace throughout the day.

And remembering that any time you connect with your breath,

You are giving yourself space to be as expanded and light as you're ready to be.
