Take a moment out of your day to get grounded into your body and connect with your breath. You will hear my voice along with crystal singing bowls. You may find that even after this short meditation, you are more focused and aware while effortlessly being inflow.

Hello,

And thank you for joining me for this one-minute meditation to get grounded.

Whatever position you're currently in,

Go ahead and get as comfortable as you can.

Let's start with three deep breaths.

We're going to imagine that the breath is coming up through the soles of our feet all the way up to our crown chakra,

Which is the top of our head.

At your own pace,

Go ahead and take those breaths now.

Now we're going to say three times,

I am grounded.

I am grounded.

I am grounded.

I am grounded.

One more deep breath,

Bigger than before.

Hold and exhale.

I thank you for taking this quick moment out of your day to check in with your body and get grounded.
