And thank you for joining me for this one-minute meditation to get grounded.
Whatever position you're currently in,
Go ahead and get as comfortable as you can.
Let's start with three deep breaths.
We're going to imagine that the breath is coming up through the soles of our feet all the way up to our crown chakra,
Which is the top of our head.
At your own pace,
Go ahead and take those breaths now.
Now we're going to say three times,
I am grounded.
I am grounded.
I am grounded.
I am grounded.
One more deep breath,
Bigger than before.
Hold and exhale.
