
Deep Breathing For Relaxation & Anxiety
This short meditation focuses on deep breathing, specifically the exercise of square breathing to help you stay balanced (or bring you back to it!) in order to show up and be there for yourself and others. This meditation can be used to help with insomnia, emotional upheaval, stress and anxiety. It is also a great exercise for the young ones to do so they can stop driving you crazy…with their love and affection. :)
