Welcome to this meditation on gratitude.
Start by relaxing wherever you are,
Either seated or lying down.
But just be deeply relaxed.
Deeply relaxed.
Focus on your breath.
Deep inhalation.
Deep exhalation.
Again,
Deep inhalation.
Deep exhalation.
Deep inhalation.
Deep exhalation.
Just completely relaxed.
Breathing fully on your own time.
Focus now on yourself.
Being grateful for yourself.
You have come this far in life.
And despite everything,
You are still here.
So be thankful for you.
For your existence.
For if you are here,
You have purpose.
Yes,
You have purpose.
So be thankful for that.
Just for you being you.
Now focus on something in your life that you are deeply thankful for.
It could be as seemingly simple as having the access to even listen to this recording.
As many people around the world do not have access to electricity to even listen to this.
So for that,
We give thanks.
Just find something else in your life to be thankful for.
And be thankful from the heart center.
Focus on your heart.
Good.
That's right.
The heart center as you give thanks and gratitude.
Now let's go one level higher.
Let's give thanks for all of those people in our lives who have been our teachers,
Whether in formal education or through mentorships.
Just be thankful for all of our life's teachers.
Be super thankful for them.
Again,
From your heart space.
Focus on the heart.
Be thankful for all of your life's teachers.
Let's go up one more level.
And be thankful for all of your ancestors.
Those who have come before you and laid the path for your greatness.
Just be thankful for all of them.
Those that you may know and those whom you may not know.
But be thankful from the heart space.
For their struggle.
For their victories.
Be thankful for them.
For without them,
We would not be here.
So be thankful from the heart space for all those that came before you.
Super thankful.
Good.
Let's go one step higher and be thankful for all of our angelic guides,
Our angelic helpers.
All of those from the other side who help us day to day.
In different moments of our lives.
Keeping us from danger seen and unseen.
Giving us whispers in different moments to guide us and keep us in the right direction.
So be thankful for all of the angelic beings.
All of your guardian angels from the heart space.
Again,
Even if you don't know exactly who they are,
What their names are.
Focus on the essence.
The essence of them.
And be thankful from the heart space.
Super thankful for all of them.
And now let's go to the last level.
Let's be thankful for the divine source.
The source of life.
Whatever you call that source,
Whether it's a name or a feeling or a sound,
Be thankful from the heart space towards that divine source.
Realizing this is the source that keeps everything in order in the universe.
And even in that,
Still keeps your life in order too.
So be thankful for the divine source.
Again,
From the heart space,
Thankful.
Super thankful to this divine source.
Good.
Now knowing that all is possible.
Now knowing that your life matters.
It has purpose.
Now knowing that in this state of deep gratitude,
That you are special.
You are amazing.
You are divine.
Start to come back now.
Feel yourself in the chair that you're sitting in or wherever you may be sitting or laying.
But just start to come on back.
You can move your neck around.
Wiggle your fingers.
Wiggle your toes.
And begin to come on back.
Deeply refreshed.
Deeply sound.
Deeply thankful.
