All is good.

All is well.

This is Kadeem.

Welcome to this deep breathing meditation based off of Master Del Pey's pranayama breathing technique.

For this breathing meditation,

We are simply going to breathe in and bring the head back and up,

And then breathe out and bring the head all the way down to the chest.

When you breathe in and your neck goes up,

You're going to breathe in through the nose forcefully.

And then when you breathe out and the neck goes down to the chest,

You're going to breathe out of your mouth forcefully.

So,

It would sound like this.

With each breath in,

The head goes back,

And with each breath out,

The head goes down.

We're going to do ten of these in a row with the head back and head down,

And then pause before we move on to the next set.

Set one.

Let's go.

Let's go.

And relax.

And now touch the chest.

Touch the right hand to the chest,

Pressing in to the chest where the heart is,

The heart energy center.

And then again,

Take the right hand and press in between the eyebrows,

Which is the ajna energy center,

And then again,

Take the right hand and press in top,

The top of the head on the crown energy center.

And now,

Let's repeat and do another set of the breathing.

And go.

Good.

And relax.

And just notice how you feel.

Good.

And again,

Go.

Good.

And relax.

Again,

Noticing how you feel.

And whatever feelings or thoughts or sensations that are coming up,

Let them come up and come out naturally.

As we move on to the last set.

And go.

Good.

And relax.

Enjoy the feelings.

Take note of how you feel,

How the body feels,

How the mind feels.

And let go.

Good.
