So much of our day can unfold from the neck up, caught in thoughts, plans, and worries. This meditation is an invitation to come back down into the body, to feel the ground beneath you, and to move from that rooted place with intention and clarity. You are guided to feel the support of the earth beneath you, draw awareness from the soles of your feet up through the body, and then gently set an intention for how you want to show up in your day or season.
