Let's start with some deep energizing breaths.
Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.
Breathe in and out.

Each breath fills your body with the perfect amount of oxygen and each exhale releases any tension or fatigue you may be experiencing.
For the next few moments,
Focus on your breathing and concentrate on breathing energy and positive feelings in and releasing negative feelings out and away.
Become more energized with each breath you take.
Fill your lungs with oxygen,

Allow your energy to grow.
Encourage the feeling how you're getting more and more active and alive.
Now squeeze your hands into fists and clench your fists tightly.
Feel the muscles in your hands and arms contracting.
Squeeze it as tight as you can.
Hold it.

And now release the fists.
Feel how your hands are loose and relaxed.
Close your hands into fists again.
